    This was not a good experience for me at all. After changing three rooms due to very loud noise coming from appliances and lighting in the hallway or horrible stains on beds, I finally got a room that was OK. This is after midnight now. The walls are so thin I could hear the conversation, quite loudly from the people next-door. After finally falling asleep at about 1:30, I was woken up numerous times in the night by doors slamming by other guests. Then I could hear the snoring from the people next-door through the walls. This is how thin the walls are. Breakfast was barely mediocre - fake eggs that tasted like chunks of cardboard and pretty much everything was gone by 8:30 AM. How People give this place such a hugh rating is beyond me.

    If I could do zero stars I would. I do not recommend staying at this hotel, as soon as we got there, he was showing us the rooms but walked into a different room WITH PEOPLE INSIDE. As soon as we got to the room we checked the bedding and there was stains everywhere. So so so unfortunate… sigh. Onto a new hotel

    Check in was awesome. Friendly staff (7:45 pm 4/26). They were great and had a perfect sense of humor. Room was so clean and smelled fresh. Had enough towels for 2 of us. Due to where I leave in Houston va my work location - this was a prefect get away spot. Got a king non-smoking room. No signs of past disrespectful smokers. No aroma of weed up and down the halls or at the front door entry.
    I believe this will be my go to spot when I don’t want to make that long drive home!! Recommend!! Oh did mention - comfy!

    We chose to stay here because it was close to places we were going to eat at, plus we read good reviews online before deciding with this one and another place.

    When I checked in, I let the front desk clerk know I'm a platinum status member, and he says it didn't give you anything. When I looked up platinum status on choices, it did list things, but apparently they don't honor any of that.

    They are stingy with the towels here when I asked for extras and said I wasn't able to get any extras when I asked for them, which is weird and was never an issue at any other hotels I have stayed at. They also don't clean and make your bed everyday, which was not explained at check in. When I came back from a day of activities at 4pm second day, the towels were not changed, trash not taken out, need not made. They have the excuse that they had a lot of check out that day and was going to clean it. That was unacceptable. When I went to the front desk to inquire, no one was there and the front desk guy was in the laundry room just chatting it up with the cleaning crew.

    Also, they don't clean the room that well because my kids found an old medicine pill somewhere in the floor. I was just glad they showed me and didn't randomly put it in their mouth.

    Another thing is that their heater and AC is weird. It blows hot and then cold air of you have it on heat. It's not consistent.

    For breakfast, it is continental breakfast. Beware the eggs might be bad as my husband ate one and told me it was sour. The bagels were rock hard too.

    Never coming back here again, and not recommending it to anyone.

    We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the service and condition of the rooms including a great view outside our window and including the continental breakfast is the best that we've encountered on our
    road trip.

    We as a family have stayed at this location several times in the last year. I have noticed that when making a reservation online at a member price once you try to check in they tend to say you don’t have a reservation in order to charge you the non member price. We still tried once more to stay here and for some reason they come up with new rules and regulations. I made a reservation on my Choice app for which it came out as me as the guest but in reality my husband was going to be the guest. When I called customer service they wouldn’t allow me to modify the guest name or cancel. Even with the reservation done 20 min ago. Once I called CS they were able to cancel without charging me. It’s pointless to be a member if each hotel is going to have their own rules.

    The front desk clerk was so rude yet confident that even told my husband he didn’t care. We were going to be charged anyway. Taking my business elsewhere. It’s sad that one bad apple

    My husband, German Shepherd dog and I stayed there for one night and we loved our stay. Our room was pristine and basic. Zero complaints from a person that has high standards.

    Pros- cheap, a/c cold, free breakfast ( hot and crunchy waffles were yummy) free parking, when there is someone at the front desk they were always friendly, beds are firm which we liked, gym was usable had free weights, treadmill and elliptical

    Cons: no one is at the service desk- we always had to wait, breakfast full of carbs no protein, hallways smells like skunk, rooms don’t get cleaned daily, water pressure in the rooms are awful, small ants found in the rooms, ice machine on third floor doesn’t work and hasn’t been serviced since 2021, construction to get the hotel is awful, there is always traffic right in front of the hotel

    The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, the rooms are neglected as well as the hotel in general, to the point that they have cockroaches in the hotel and if you comment something to the staff they are not surprised and do nothing but move your room, it is a health and cleanliness issue so they should give you a compensation and see how to make the customer happy but they are not interested in that, as it is run by Hindus who do not care about anything. The rooms even if you choose the non-smoking room people smoke and even marijuana and nobody tells them anything. The cleanliness is the worst since the rooms are cleaned every 3 days and all the sheets are dirty and the carpet is dirty and sticky. The air conditioner does not work and you have to get up to move it and therefore they make a lot of noise. Supposedly at 11 pm they lock the entrance and you only have access with your key which is false so anyone can enter. It is surprising that they don't have a safe and on their website they don't say so. The experience is the worst I have had and I will never stay again in this chain or in any hotel of the group.…

    Definitely a great hotel. Rooms are spacious and super clean. Looks like they recently renovated the hotel. Great price for the room. Breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in town.

    I'm posting for my family members who stayed here. My parents and several aunts and uncles stayed here last month and an aunt swears there was a ghost. My aunt and uncle's covers kept getting pulled off of them during the night. My aunt thought it was my other aunt (her SIL) doing it, so pretended to fall asleep and eventually felt the covers move on their own with no one there. She was so terrified that she couldn't sleep the rest of the night. Putting 5 stars because thanks for freaking out the fam, ghost. I came to this review section hoping to find someone else with a similar experience to help validate my aunt, but leaving this here for others.

    I always write honest and fair reviews so I would def not recommend to others. Go ahead and spend an extra 20 bucks and go to Comfort Suites on Westchase beltway 8! The walls are SO thin, you can literally hear the phone notifications of the person NEXT DOOR. The walls have chipped paint, the bed sheets have holes and rips in them. The front agent, who is always here is not friendly at all. He is never at the front, always in that little room in the back..Doesn't greet you with a smile or anything, real cut and dry. Didnt say anything about breakfast, or any other amenities. Didn't even tell me how much the deposit was for until he swiped my card. $75 deposit for a cheap room is definitely not worth it especially when the walls are thin to the point where u cant sleep. I am a choice rewards member therefore I have been to many different choice hotels where the customer service is amazing BUT that's because it is owned by Choice Hotels, not some patel.. very cheap building but for the price, it's okay for a stay no longer than 2 days. You cant sleep because the walls are thin, the pillows nd bed SUCK. The younger pregnant lady with brown hair was about the best thing here! Very nice and friendly! Don't make the same mistake, go ahead and spend an extra 20-40 bucks on a better hotel. If the walls weren't so thin, It would be an OK place to stay.

    The hotel room is very clean and this would have been a great stay if the room was quiet. As people have mentioned before, the sound insulation sucks. You can hear people’s footsteps on the ceiling and the conversations next door. The people staying next to me were so loud. They were yelling and constantly moving furniture around 2AM-5AM.

    My advice: bring or ask for earplugs!

    pay more few bucks and you can sleep better at holiday inn express nearby

    Clean for the inexpensive price of the rooms. The staff, including the GM, Vip, was extremely accommodating towards our situation and personable. I’d highly recommend staying at the sleep inn if you are on a budget and looking for a very clean and quite hotel with great customer service.

    I was inclined to give this hotel a try it’s fairly new with a decent price, area was ideal for what I needed with good reviews. Upon check in the front desk associate was very dry & not very welcoming she did not introduce the hotel & give me details on amenities/what they offer. There’s a $75 deposit that I wasn’t originally aware of till the last minute. I paid online on the actual site but was told they needed to see my card I showed the lady my card she told me to swipe my card I wasn’t sure why since I booked online but I did it & now I see 4 pending charges in my account. I was assigned a room on the 4th floor but couldn’t get there due to the elevator not working. After 5 mins standing there & talking with my kids I asked the lady if the elevator is working she said yes , she came over held the button but still not working so I asked her to change my room. There’s no way I can walk four flights of stairs with kids & suitcases. Now I’m on 2nd floor which Smells strongly of marjuana in the hallways & the room a/c was barely working. At this point after travels & the long process at front desk I need to get my kids settled. Hours later during the night shift an irate lady comes in the hotel fighting with the male clerk on duty the police and ambulance was called apparently she was staying here with the male front desk worker and left items in the room, this was going on till like 2am. I spoke with the manager the next day requesting to get reimbursed for my additional night I booked she informed me since it’s after 11am she couldn’t. I Informed her I would’ve been up on time if I could receive a nice night of sleep instead it was loud in hallways , strong smell of marijuana , police, ambulance flashing lights drama in lobby & humid in room due to a/c. I did not stay the last night which I paid for I checked out I did not feel safe at that location with my two kids. This place is fairly new but it’s definitely getting ran down fast. Needless to say I would not stay here again & I will deactivate my membership. I did not have a good experience nor did I stay all the days that I paid for.

    Had a great time during my stay! Nicest hotel I’ve stayed at in a while!! Friendly staff, neat lobby. Clean rooms, loved all the pillows on the beds. If the breakfast was more than just waffles and cereal I would give 5 stars!! Wouldn’t mind coming back.

    This is an extraordinary place to stay. The room was clean and organized as it has never been used. Customer service was very helpful with information and guidance and was able to answer any questions. The breakfast service was good along with the food. The room service was outstanding. They asked if we had any dirty towels and took care of our trash. Everything was fitted perfectly for a place to stay that we didn't even need to ask if they had it here. Definitely will stay here again in the future. Thank you so very much for the glowing review. Our wish is that every guest has the experience that you have had. We certainly appreciate your business.

    4 families with kids arrived to check in at 1 am. Then in our room bed bugs !!! Front desk was so calm and all she said donu still wanna stay or u wanna leave. If u stay I only have one king bed. Knowing that we have kids and travelled for 5 hours but still bed bugs is no joke, we asked to leave. She said ok you are free to leave and thats it. We struggled till we found another hotel and could check in at 3 am. Horrible experience and even they were not apologetic. After all of that they declined our request for a full refund. We appreciate your comments regarding your recent visit with us. The claim of alleged bed bugs was not made from your room but a room of an acquaintance on a different floor of the hotel. Baseboards were removed to find a dead bug. Since this claim, we have had our professional exterminator examine the room and found that there was no evidence of living bed bugs. The room was treated as a precaution. Your family nor those of your acquaintances had to leave the hotel, that was your choice. Our clerk was remiss for not telling you that the king room had a pullout sofa that would have worked for a family of 4. Everyone in your group had already been in their respective rooms and that is why you were charged for the night. A full refund was given to the guest with the issue. We apologize for any and all inconvenience that this may have caused you and your family at a very late hour.

    This location is great fot those who need to be near shopping, restaurants, and more. Convenience GALORE!! There's a gas station and great convenience store right next door that sells some delicious breakfast tacos in the morning. A modern washateria too. And if you want to save gas, there's a Houston Metro bus stop right in front (route 161). The hotel has a beautifully updated interior design. A great cable package. Clean and well-appropriated exercise room right in the front. And the staff is so very helpful and friendly!

    First, I checked in the hotel around 3:30PM for room 303 and I hadn't have a chance to check if A/C was working. Once I got back the room again around 8-9PM, I found A/C didn't work at all (not even a fan). So, I informed front desk the situation and asked to switch to another room. At first, Front desk staff said there was 5 rooms available but all reserved and waiting for guests to check in. so She REFUSED to switch me to another room. So I complained back who can ever stay a room which A/C was broken in WARM weather in Houston area. Also, I said I had checked in the room here already, I should have privilege to get a A/C working room first before those guests who were not checked in yet. Then, She tried to call her manager but no one answered her call. After I stayed there for 10 mins and tried to convince her to switch the room. Finally, she agreed to switch the room to #303 for THIS TIME ONLY. (What are you talking about, "THIS TIME ONLY???"). Secondly, some guests were having a party during midnight and causing a way too much NOISE in around room 319 area. Third, during 2nd night stay, there was windy outside and there was WHISTLING sound kept coming into through the small gap of windows. The sound was LOUD enough to keep my whole family awake all night long. Since it was passed midnight already and I thought the front desk won't care at all (from the experience of first day). Then, during 2nd morning, there wasn't a complimentary breakfast at all, no coffee, no juice, no muffin, no nothing. a lot of guests were complaining and frontdesk staff just stayed there and did nothing.... I told myself that I won't ever to consider this hotel again and probably will stay out this hotel chain too. This was a VERY BAD experience.… Thank you for reviewing your recent stay with us. We are sorry that your stay encountered so many obstacles. The demeanor of the desk clerks that you encountered is not what we want to represent us on the frontline of customer interaction. Obviously, we need to do extensive training with the onslaught of new employees we have.     Am I able to leave 0 stars? If I could find the room key cover, I'd post the actual room number but I know it was on 3. As soon as I got in the room, I placed my bag on the desk and went to lay on the bed to decompress a few minutes.... A BED BUG WAS CRAWLING ON THE PILLOW. I immediately took a pic and video and went down to the front desk. She didn't even care to see the footage, she starts programming another key for another room. I politely said I didn't feel comfortable staying at that hotel bc if it's bed bugs in one room, it's liable to be in all of them. She issued me a refund and I left. You'd think since were in covid rooms would be extra spic and span.

    The rooms are nice, you get a microwave and fridge, but the front desk staff was not so great.My family and I chose to stay here while evacuating from New Orleans for hurricane ida. The brunette woman who is the manager that works the front desk was unprofessional and unempathetic while dealing with my mother. was yelling at her, while yes I'll admit my mother can be tough to deal with, she was simply talking on the phone with her. After their phone call, I tried to cool things down and ask where the manager was from, to try and be friendly, and I tell her we are from New Orleans, and she tells me "I hear New Orleanians can be aggressive" which was very rude and unprofessional. Our homes were destroyed and we paid to stay here as a refugee, and they treated us with such disrespect such as this throughout our whole stay. As if we were a burden to them for staying there. It was Not like they were happy to have us. A few days later, one of the men who works there, cancelled our reservation and cancelled another woman's reservation who had her stay booked til the end of the week, he cancelled it three days in advance because he was selling the room to someone else for a higher price. They were price gouging at this hotel, which is illegal. We have filed a complaint to choice hotels and are contacting the mayor to file a complaint and get an investigation done on this hotel. There was no sympathy or care meanwhile we were here to seek a temporary safe place as we lost everything back home for the second time in the past 20 years.

    Pros: The hotel is in good location and proximity to downtown Houston. We booked a suite with king bed, and the room is new, clean, and pretty spacious. The WIFI in the room was pretty good for work. Cons: The walls are very thin so we could hear baby crying and conversation next door. The AC is very loud. Not recommended for a light sleeper. We do apologize for the noise factor. The sound barrier to the structure is lacking and is an issue that we simply can't control.     WORST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT! We stayed here for 3 nights and they were brutal. When we first checked in, the receptionist was very rude and unwelcoming. We were too afraid to ask her any question she was so short with us.They advertise "free breakfast" from 6-10am but by 7am all the food is gone and they put everything away. Why advertise it from 6-10am if it's wiped out by 7. The walls are so thin you could hear EVERYTHING ! The room next to was having sexual intercourse every 5 minutes and it was very disturbing. The rooms reek so bad and get real humid in there after you take shower. Kids screaming up and down the hallway at 6am forget a good night sleep here. Maid service came while we were getting ready so when we asked them to come back they said they were done for the day. DO NOT STAY HERE ! Take your money elsewhere. 0 STARS !!!!

    When I come to a hotel I'm looking to be left alone. They did exactly that  I was very surprised for the hotel to be as clean as it was, everything was put away very neatly.& I never had to call down & ask for anything. An ample amount of towels , bags for dirty clothes, enough lighting for the ladies to do thier makeup in the room or the restroom, shower head has different settings, fridge AND microwave extremely clean, and baby.. let's talk about these BEDS. Sooooo comfy!!. We ended up extending our stay for almost 3 extra days lol.

    We opted for the king bed suite, worth the little extra as we were staying a few days. The room was spacious and clean. The only problem was a large crowd of guests who seemed to be in town to party the weekend away. They were wandering the passage ways outside rooms having loud mobile phone conversations all night long. Signs everywhere requiring masks, but very few wore one, including all the reception people. We apologize for the inconvenience of loud guest during your stay with us. We are pleased to learn that you were satisfied with your accommodations. Traveling during the COVID pandemic posed many issues for individuals especially the use of mask. We do appreciate your business.

    I’ve been to many hotels and this one does not meet my standards. I checked on and got the the room I immediately got my laptop out to work. NO INTERNET so I call the front desk and he said he doesn’t know how to get me internet and to call and 800 number. RIDICULOUS! I then ask for a extra blanket for the kids and I post a picture of the blanket below, it had yellow stains. This should be out of circulation. I asked for an extra pillow he said they had none. I now go to the shower and the as soon as I turn the water on to get it warm it sprays out the side. I please see video below. Day 2 I go down stairs at 9:00 and ask for a breakfast bag with an attitude she said we don’t have any we out. Come back at night and still the WiFi is now working but super slow. I could not stay here again.… We would like to extend our sincerest apologies to you for the less than satisfactory service you received on your recent stay with us. Our internet service provider has been recently changed and our reception has improved immensely. We are so sorry that you experienced internet issues especially when you were attempting to work away from your office as many are having to do today. We have also had maintenance address the shower problem. As to your housekeeping issues and how they were handled, we can only apologize again for our lack of training to our associates on the correct and timely way to handle these situations." We don't" and "we can't" are not conducive of great customer service. Please consider giving us another chance to provide you with the excellent service and facility that you deserve. Our best wishes to you and your family for a safe and wonderful holiday season.

    We booked day of, got a great rate and when we arrived, Gabriela at the front desk was so nice and mellow. Easy to relate to and quick to get us a room! The room was clean, comfortable and comfy. Especially the pillows! You get so many! The only downside was that our phone didn’t quite work. Dial tone, but wouldn’t call for some reason. Thank you for taking the time to review your recent visit with us. We are pleased to learn that you had an enjoyable stay and that our staff, especially Gabriella, made you to feel welcome.     Hello Customer, General Manager of hotel every employee of hotel keep charging extra $5 we make more money, i had recording front desk has told me that, to say my job i need to follow his comment, choice need to take serious action. Dear Sir, As an employee of a Choice hotel, you are afforded an emploee discounted rate when booked through your property. This rate is good for 2 individuals occupying the room - for each additional individual there is a $5.00 additional fee. This is at the discretion of each individual hotel as you, as an employee surly understands. Your original reservation was booked for 1 person which afforded you the discounted rate but when we were told 4 individuals would be occupying the room, our system adds the additional amount to cover the additional occupants. We are somewhat surprised that as an employee, you would have an issue with the substantial discount you received even after adding the $10 to your rate. Every person booking a room with Choice hotels whether in person, on line, or an OTA knows that the more people occupying the room, the higher the rate. We do apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you and we hope you will continue to enjoy your employee eligible rate in the future.

    Great addition to the vicinity. It's lobby entrance is a first impression that won't let you stay anywhere else. They are doing good specially great breakfast.     Rukhsana was extremely delightful. My family and I stayed at this hotel for a week and had breakfast almost daily. She was always pleasant and had a smile on her face no matter how busy it was. She always asked if we needed anything else. She also offered to throw our trash away. She took joy and has pride in what she does and it really shows.     Breakfast was fresh and hot. the manager was very kind and helpful. Greeted me as I came in, asked if I needed anything when I answered no, she then replied to "Just let her know if she could help with anything". Very Kind.     So far the best place that I ever had to stay. Friendly staff. Rukhsana,the breakfast in charge, go out of way to help and facilitate. She makes you feel at home. Very kind and professional lady.     Front desk clerk Karen is horrible bad attitude. Breakfast lady was awesome she was nice and attentive. Housekeeping was really good. Area not so much great but has a gas station next door.     Overall good breakfast great grab and go items. Housekeepers too much noise in the breakfast area laughing loudly. Seems like a nice area. Clerk was snobbish not very friendly.     Before stepping foot in the hotel I was experiencing miserable hardships in life. Hundreds of burdens weighing me down. Late one evening my dog and I entered into the hotel and were immediately greeted by Karen who fell head over heels in love with my dog. She exudes joy and exuberance for life. The next morning at breakfast, Rukhsana greeted me with the hospitality given when an old friend comes for a visit. My second morning I overslept- and it was my birthday. I heard a knock at the door and there was Karen with a birthday gift for me and a birthday note. It was after 11am and I headed down to get some tea. Rukhsana noticed I didn’t eat breakfast and could tell from the day before and that morning I was sad about something.     I have stayed in this hotel many times since it initially opened as my day job takes me back and forth to Houston. The staff are very friendly and the facilities are very comfortable. The gym is small but has the most important equipment in there. I can also give a special mention to Rukhsana who is the Breakfast Manager who takes care of all of my dietary requirements and provides me with a World Class service! I'd highly recommend you stay here as I know you'll be well taken care of for the duration of your stay! Dan, Thank you very much for choosing us to be your "home away from home".     Spent a couple of nights here after flying in from Manchester, UK and before our road trip to New Orleans & Nashville. The room was clean and had everything you could want: iron & ironing board, microwave & fridge. The breakfast was good with different hot items on both days. The lady in charge of the dining area was really helpful & pleasant ! Plenty of free parking too. A great choice. The only warning I would have is driving in this area - if you want to avoid having to hire an Ezipass transponder with your hire car, to pay for the numerous cashless toll roads around Houston, make sure that you follow Google Maps with the "avoid tolls" option enabled ! BEWARE - the traffic is a nightmare - leave plenty of time to get anywhere ! Fantastic hotel though

    Check-in to 13 rooms was less than five minutes, compared to the 20 we'd been used to in the past; every key and folio for rooms, distributed over two floors (as we'd requested a month earlier) all prepared ahead of time to make for the best welcome we could ask for after a long day. Breakfast presentation was also excellent with the attentive staff promptly replacing/replenishing all items my 32 teenagers were consuming quickly, and their meal hours and 24 hour coffee/tea service were also very convenient -- hats off Rukhsana, the breakfast manager. Workout room, though small, was clean and had good working equipment (including a large TV that anyone could see). Staff was very hospitable, rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and there was nary a complaint our entire… Captain Swanson, Thank you so much for your wonderful review of your group's recent stay at our property.     Came here for a vacation, the host was very quick and started a nice conversation about our hometown, turns out we are from the same city. Breakfast was okay, and the staff who were there for breakfast was very communicative & helpful. The rooms were actually nice for the price, i'd come back.

    The good: - Beds are comfortable - Rooms and common areas are generally kept clean - Breakfast is decent. Not too many choices, but food is warm and kitchen staff are friendly. - Male office manager and breakfast staff seem to be the only ones who have any idea what customer service is. The bad: - Shower pressure is just ok. Definitely in water conservation mode if you get what I mean. The ugly: - They will run fire drills WITHOUT notice to guest - there is nothing said about it upon check in, and/or through a letter inside the room. ZERO notice. These fire drills make loud shrieking sounds for a long time and are coupled with bright pulsating LEDs inside the room. To be fair, if there is indeed an emergency, the measures they've put in place are quite effective.     Don't go here... very rude staff... Karen...they canceled your reservation without your consent. I booked on choice hotel app with $66 per night rate, 2 weeks ago. When I showed today they said my reservation was canceled. When I checked the app, the reservation still there , and I did not receive any email for cancellation. On last Sunday I still received the confirmation through text message. Now the rate is $82 per night. I believed they canceled mine without me knowing because i booked with the deal and now they are running out of rooms and they selling the rate $82 so they said mine was canceled. I called choice hotel and choice hotel said at their end still seeing my reservation status with this Sleep In ... they had no heart, they are blindly with money , they are not human.

However I followed the reviews of this place prior to coming and they all stayed consistent and there is truth to all of them.

    This is top ten the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. I didn't even know it existed. I got to the hotel at 5pm to check in and Karen was at the desk. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I wanted to upgrade my room and she said they do not upgrade rooms here. I told her alright. Wells Fargo blocks my card randomly if they suspect fraud so the card was not going through for the $75 incidental fee so I went to get another card from who I was with. She said you cannot use another persons card for incidentals... *rolls eyes* so I call chase and let them know there's no fraud going on etc. the card works. Anyway, the whole conversation and exchange with Karen was extremely subpar. Next the rooms, the rooms are small. Clean but small. The bathtub was small. Maybe it is because I'm used to the Hilton but I was not impressed. They allow dogs at this hotel so at night while I was trying to sleep, all I could hear was a dog barking. Lastly, the walls are paper thin, I could hear my neighbors having sexual intercourse. The breakfast was meh, subpar. Could be more to choose from. Again, this could be because of the hotel quality I am used to. I only booked this hotel bc it was cheap and it was through Hotel Tonight. I will never be back due to the quality of customer service and the fact they allow dogs.

    Yet again another terrible experience with choice hotel! I will never patronize this company ever again... Nick Patel was nice but did not inform me of an extra $25.00 charge if I check out late ! Karen Grave  was smug and rude! Called me at 11:54am telling me to check out at 12:00... Then I had to wait until Sandra the housekeeper check my room so I could get my deposit back! Absolutely terrible noises all night long... Never got any sleep! Then I had 6 mins to get my things and check out! I guess this a company wise way to treat your guests! My previous stay with choice was worse than this visit and all they offered me was 6000 points which clearly doesn't cover crap I still had to come out my pocket to pay for yet  another piss poor experience with CHOICE HOTEL... The hotel was nice but rude service from Karen, she was not accommodating at all... She was simply a smart a**! I give this hotel experience a rating of -1

    Friendly staff. Great location. We need easy access to the near by hospital and this place was perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable.     I've stayed multiple times while visiting Houston and have continued to do so regularly. This property is just under a year old and has nice rooms. However, it does get humid in the room if the AC is not set to a temperature below 70 degrees. Gabriella and the amazing front desk staff are always courteous. The free breakfast comes with a variety of choices. The fresh baked cookies are a pleasant bonus. Thank you so much for your review.     my mom stayed at the hotel on the weekend when she was in texas this weekend said that the customer service was great and breakfast was pretty nice too and said that since this is a pretty new hotel so everything was clean and nice. Very comfortable stay that includes breakfast and helpful in helping my dad work the waffle maker machine. The beds were new and very comfortable to sleep so much that my dad immediately fell asleep after shower. Thank you so very much for your kind review.     Opened 4/1/18. AMAZING property. The room was perfect, and the glass shower was great. I stayed with my dog, and the front desk was really went out of the way to make us feel welcome. They even remembered my birthday! The only issue was that they advertised a Marketplace with snacks and such, but it was not built yet. Thank you so much for your feedback. My staff and I strive to go above and beyond for our guest, I do apologize for the maketplace not being complete -it is in the works and will be up by your next visit!

    Talk about the best sleep ever! Bedding is to absolutely die for. The most comfortable bed, pillows, clean and fresh everyday. Not to mention the professional staff and friendly customer service at check in as well as throughout my stay. An all around awesome experience! I didn’t want to leave. Seriously, I thought about just renting the room and staying there instead of traveling back two weeks at a time for business/family. I’m so happy that I chose this hotel for my Mother’s Day weekend stay. I was very pleased with the room. all the amenities I needed from the coffee in room, storing of my food and my cold beverages.     Stayed here with son and grandson on recent visit to Houston area. Very new and modern hotel with all the comforts of home. Breakfast was delicious especially the waffles and the beds were very comfortable. There were no disturbances from traffic and that was a plus. Staff very nice and accommodating- price was right.
