Such caring souls, management was so nice. We enjoyed our stay. Customers service and atmosphere is so underrated now days. I recommend this place 10/10 is convenient close to everything and also close to my sister’s house. We had zero issues. Will definitely bring my family to stay in this hotel when I come back.

NEVER AGAIN! As soon as I walked into our room it smelled like mildew. I walked over to turn the AC on and there was water everywhere. Called front desk, he moved me 2 doors down! YAY! I unloaded my car, got everything set for a fun "stay-cation" w/grandson before going to pick him up and then I pulled back the blanket on the bed to check it. That is always the 2nd thing I do, I don't know why I didn't do it. The sheets were disgusting! It looked like someone had slept on these sheets and left all of their traces for the next guest. I had to get ALL new bedding. YAY! I went to run a bath for grandson, the bath stopper did not work (I old schooled it with a wash rag) but then there was no hot water. Called front desk again (I'm sure they hate me). I was told to let the water run for 5-10min and it should work. WOW but OK. It was slightly warm after that. The room next to us was playing their music so loud that I had to open the door to look because I thought there was a Mariachi Band in the hallway. That probably would have been cool. Our room was next to the exit door on the side and across from the ice machine. Anytime the exit door was opened or someone got ice, we knew about it in our room. Last but not least, our door didn't manually shut all the way. We had to pull it to make sure it locked when leaving. We had to push it to make it lock from the inside. The door would close, but never completely without assistance. I didn't like that. I never leave a bad review but I actually reside in this city and just wanted to do something fun for the grandson and as a resident in Vidor, I don't recommend this hotel at all. Sorry Best Western Plus, I love yall's hotels, just not this one.

My own experience was terrible. I walked in after booking online for the room. The pictures are outdated. My room had a broken picture in it good thing I didn’t have small children with me. There was a dead bug ( roach ) behind a piece of glass ( gross) the lady refused to call the manager after going back and forth I wanted a refund they are just out to take your money your comfort is not there concern at all. I refused to stay in a place like that. They said they would issue a refund but no refund was issued at all. But I don’t recommend staying there.

Terrible customer service, asked for a the document for our service animal and it was sent multiple times with the employee actually typing the address on our phone himself and he gave us grief about it not showing up on his end. Also, charged us 150 bucks for us being there 4.5 hours when a full day was listed on their site for less than 100.

Worst facilities, cleanliness and service I've ever seen at a best western or otherwise! If you're staying here, prepare to be very grossed out. We had to leave a few after checking in, everything stained, dirty and not working. Staff truly couldn't care less and no refund offered. Don't spend your money at Best Western, I don't know what happened to them. Holiday Inn Express Vidor is a much better value.

The staff at this Best Western was very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and refreshed daily. The breakfast bar offered hot food as well as cereal and yogurt. The hotel is monitored by cameras and guests can feel safe knowing it site is being monitored.

Made a mistake in my reservation and staff suggested I simply pay for my room again and deal with the full cancelation fee. Some amount of compassion feels warranted in this industry but this place doesn't have it.

It was horrible had to wait for almost ten minutes before someone even came to the front desk then when I went to use my card and my wife's name is on this card he went to saying that I was trying to read him out of a room and so fourth so I called discover card company to show him that my card was on the way and that I was the account holder and everything he was claimed I was doing was wrong. He then wanted to rent the room and of course I walked out not saying a word. I will never go there again don't care if I had to sleep on the street or even if they was to give me a stay I wouldn't even accept it

GROSS!!!. The man checking us in isn’t friendly… no big deal there though. We are Diamond members and was refused an upgrade, not even a bottle of water offered. There are bugs in the room… everywhere. We’re told they’re termites “and everywhere” like weee supposed to “deal with it” climbing on us when we’re trying to sleep. Moved to a new room with black mold… nope we’re out! Also the smell in there is something unnatural

This Best Western was fairly exceptional for the area. Close to nice restaurants, shops and freeway access. The parking lot is well lit and has pretty good security. Good place all -in -all. I would stay here again if in the area.

After not receiving my wake-up call the manager yelled and screamed at me when I reported the problem. Was not willing to discount my stay. He talked terrible to his staff. I never received email confirmation and when I was checking in the girl was busy on a personal call so she hurried me.

We stayed 3 nights at this Best Western and had a really pleasant stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We visit the area often to see family, and this Best Western will be our hotel of choice on future trips.

I travel for my non profit rescue transport. I was en route from sw Florida to harlingen texas. I am a solo female so picking a safe place is important. The front desk female was so friendly and nice. My king room on second floor was quiet and very clean. The room was nicely appointed. It looked to be freshly remodeled. I wish all the hotels i stay in were this comfortable and safe. Only downside is they are not pet friendly so i didn’t get to stay here on my way back. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.

I would… avoid staying here. It’s run down, not well cared for, and the staff don’t do much. Our bed sheets didn’t look clean, there was an inch wide crack between our door and the frame which let you easily see into the room, breakfast was kinda pathetic (they sent the breakfast person home at 7:30am so if you don’t get what she puts out at 6am it will all be gone when you get there and no one is refilling anything), the pool was GREEN, and over all the room just wasn’t very clean.

Whoever the manager is doesn’t seem to have any business running a hotel and clearly has no passion for his job. This isn’t what I’d expect for over $100/night. It was more on par with $60 hotels I have stayed at. The owner is cheap. Do not say you offer breakfast if everything only gets filled once. Very clean. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Lots of variety for breakfast. The day I checked in I didnt realize I accidentally had my very expensive wireless headphones fall from me somewhere either in the lot or in the building and a good Samaritan handed them over to the staff. I went to bed and and needed them the following day only to find out I didn’t have em. the owner was working that morning and he verified the lost item by my description and gave em back to me. Fact that everyone involved was kind and trustworthy enough, made me feel so welcomed and well-taken care of here. Best Western has won me over! Thanks for everything!

Room was very damp and had a significant musty smell. So damp that the sheets and pillows felt damp even though the room was cool when we arrived. Back door lock of hotel was broken and the door was unlocked at all times. But fresh paint looked good.

checked in here at 4 pm in may 2021 looks like a new place at first everything looks wonderful I step inside to the check in window and the window is cracked sharp edges not good .i get in my room very nice but the noise is unbearable people working yelling and hollering well need less to say after an hour I decide to check out ir is no manager on sight and the receptionist tells me I cant have a refund or receipt I can go on and on never again will I stop here. after driving 800 miles I just want to sleep But not here. Travel for work and stayed one night in room 111 on 8-4-20. It smelled, Door jam had been broken and door rattled even with dead bolt on, safety latch was missing and 2" gap between door and floor, laminate floor was dirty, bed sheets were like sand paper with balls and lint. Hair dryer did not work so could not wash my hair, hair on the bathroom floor and in tub, lots of dirt behind bathroom door, a little mold on tub surround and I killed a spider in the bathroom. The lady at check-in was nice enough but the man at check-out was not friendly. Should have went on around to the Holliday Inn but was just so tired I didn't but sure will next time.

So me my wife and son decided to rent a room for a night just so we could swim with it being so hot outside but if i would have known what i was spending over a 100 dollars on i would have stayed home we get there go to check in cant even find my reservations so have to rerent a room so go to the room we are given a room that the lock is broke cant even get into the room niether key would work so go back up front and once again get a different room this room only has one blank on it wouldnt get ever cold in there but that wasnt nothing to what we walked into once we all get dress go go swim in this pretty pool that they have on there web page well i really dont even have to write anything else the pictures will speak for thereselfs couldnt even see the bottom of the pool in… Hello Esteemed Guest, We are extremely disappointed to see your comments. Rooms were clean, a little noisy. Breakfast was great. Travels here for work and I stay here at least 25 times a year. It did get flooded again on the bottom floor but they are renovating it. First 2 stays in Best Western Plus on this trip. Both were good with clean rooms, excellent service, and good breakfast selection. Remodeling was taking place but did not interfere with our stay. Not dog friendly. Under renovation and didn't tell me. Rate high based on this.i booked directly with the hotel. I have stayed in several Best Westerns and this was very disappointing. I have been to several BW & Plus. This is by far the worst ever in. Looks nice in the lobby but not happy. The room wasn't as clean as i would like. TV didn't work. Had to have new one bought up 3 times. Plus, this happened at midnight before fixed. We stayed in a 2nd floor room that was excellent. The lobby and 1st floor had been ravaged by 2 feet of water in the hallways the week before, and they were furiously rebuilding those areas as we were there. There was no breakfast available because of the flood, but this seems like a very nice motel, the staff was very cordial, and it would be very unfair to rate them poorly in the midst of their disaster. the problem we had has been resolved, the General MANAGER MIKE is a very hard working man, our problem was screaming children at midnight banging doors on our floor very loud, no one slept that night, The parents were getting drunk I told Cooperate this all that is available is a 50 year old women, I believe on the weekend's especially summer a security guard would be able to stop this behavior I love Best WESTER just became a Diamond member Dear Guest, Thanks for the comment. We had 2 rooms for 1 night and had trouble with both of them Room 1 did not have working TV until we rewired the cable connections Room 2 had only 1 working electric plug on the TV wall -- we had choice of TV or refrigerator.....For some unknown reason, the internet wifi would not work in this room... we also had to get the key reprogrammed as it quit working....There was also a musty odor in this room.... The breakfast was below BW standards....if you want cold roll and not hot coffee you might not mind......There are lots of eating options outside the motel We definitely would not stay here again.

I am a platuimn BW member requested a ground floor room, They gave upstairs right next to the elevator. The floor was filled with oilfield workers who came and went all night long,God bless them they are the salt of the earth. The door closers were set at higest setting and doors slamed all night and morning the walls are paper thin and the elavator kept me up all night. I called front desk and they said nothing they could do, Passing past the stained setee and worn carpet I vowed to sound off my displeasure to the front desk upon check out. When I did the owner/manger pretended to not understand English. I will never stay there again BW took care of me with points.

The room was clean, The bed was comfortable but when I wanted to take a bath/shower there was no hot water. My husband called the front desk and found out the breaker had flipped. They offered a room downstairs to take a shower or we could wait for the water heater to heat the water. I waited for the morning but when I got up there was still no hot water. I guess the breaker had flipped again.

This is an old and musty hotel. Our room was dirty and smelled. And this was our second room. The first room we were given smelled like urine. There was rust and mold in the bathroom (see pics). Very much a two star hotel. Employees sit out front smoking, dehydrated eggs were shocking and a women in her pajamas helping with breakfast was weird. Kind of smelly. For the price , this was a good place to stay but it did have a few flaws. There was some tile damage in our bathroom and beetle ran across the bathroom floor neither of which affected our stay. The desk lady said it was because they were still recovering from Hurricane Harvey which is probably true. Overall, our stay was fine and I would recommend it.

I needed a place to stay overnight with my dog. I booked at the BestWestern + in Vidor, Tx. I’m glad I did. The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. There were other families with pets and the staff was pleasant. I’ve put this on my list whether I travel with my dog or not.

We favor the plus variety of Best Western because they try hard to be superior. This one not so much. Overall, it is still a four star, but the TV needs two remote controls to operate it and there is no on screen guide available. They need to find a technician to fix that. And the bathroom had a repair to the drywall next to the tub that was not completed or painted. The bathroom door on the bottom is very eroded and falling apart. Room 112. Management needs to be a bit more cognizant of their property.

For a new hotel it has some things that could be better. I don’t like the shower set up. You have to get in to turn it on and it’s difficult to get the temperature to your desire setting. I like to adjust it from outside before I get in. Breakfast is also lacking on choices. And it is the same every day. Not much as far as choices go. Just average. But all in all it’s ok if your just passing through for a night or a couple of days.

Does not really offer a plus experience. It is an OK place to lay your head down for the night, but there are better options within the area. Workout room was still a storage area when I went there. Breakfast was fair. Felt safe enough but property owner needs to put some more effort into updating the hotel after the hurricane. Smell and feel in my upstairs room was OK and I was able to get a good night's sleep. Thank You for taking time to review our property. The pictures say it all... Stayed there over night 9-10 March 2018. Room 105. The phone is marked room 110. The bench looks like someone died there or ate some bad guacamole. Went to take a shower and there was no hot water. Electrical outlets were broke, crack or missing.

Obviously Best Western has not inspected this property recently. I’m not sure why this property is even open. There is no carpet on the 1st floor hallways. The pool water is black. In our room the toilet wouldn’t flush, the tub wouldn’t drain, the faucet was not connected to counter. When we had to go outside to find the clerk to check in, we should have ran. Keep driving! Very dirty. Hot breakfast was cold. Room was not clean - stains all over the rug and the top bed covers. Had to get new key cards as they didn't work and only obe of the two new ones worked. Lots of dogs in the hotel. One dog actually pooped in the front lobby as it's owner was taking it outside. Bathroom room dirty. Would never recommend. We are sorry to hear that your recent stay with us did not exceed your expectations. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room itself was average, some remodeling going on which will help the look of the hotel. Location is rural so not much in area. Very noisy, kids running the hall late at night, dogs barking a lot during the night. No hot water till after 8 am and then only warm.

The staff at the Best Western Plus Orange Country in Vidor is very helpful and friendly. It is conveniently located right off I10 Freeway and has multiple restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast is ok but convenient also. The hotel is clean and pretty quiet. I have stayed at some other hotels in the Beaumont area and I like the BW.

This was the second stop on our road trip from Florida to San Antonio, Texas. Very friendly and welcoming Reception staff. Very comfortable room and spacious bathroom. As in many hotels in the US, the American breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice and it sets you up for the day. Very pleasant stay.

This is a good place to stay in Vidor, Texas. It is on the main business street with many restaurants and businesses and also close to Interstate #10. It is a very nice, clean motel which is quiet, comfortable, and apparently well-managed. Staff were pleasant and always there at the front. It certainly meets our needs, and we will stay there again.

Everything was great! The room smelled clean and fresh. Much better decor than most hotels. Would definitely stay here again. It was much quieter than most places. The only sound we heard was a train whistle and that was only once and not that loud.

The room was decorated very well! Very pretty! The bed was very comfortable. I was on 1st floor, checked in late, about 11 p.m. I could here the people walking in the room above just for a brief second. Didn't hear them at all the next morning. The bathroom was very spacious. Easy to find, good signage. Arrived late but front desk was expecting us. Got settled in quickly. Woke up with a head cold. Hope Maintenance changes the air filters regularly. This was my first time at this property. I was working in Kountze 40 min away and usually stay there but because I'm a loyal BW customer building my points up I decided to stay here 3 nights. First off it is a clean standard room hotel with easy access and good parking. My first issue is it is PET FRIENDLY but they assured me pet rooms are only certain rooms. Next is the hotel calls itself a Plus and this is no plus. The rooms are small bathrooms are small, tiny pillows, rough towels and noisy floors. Now do not get me wrong, it is a ok standard BW hotel but should be A STANDARD Price... the breakfast didn't even have eggs my first day and then cereal is the off brand stuff too. Next time I will stay at the super 8 for half the price with the same quality rooms and much better… On behalf of the entire team at Best Western Plus Orange County, we apologize for any inconvenience that you may have had during your stay. This BW is an ok place to stay near Beaumont off I-10. Nothing too special, but it is clean and not too pricey. They take pets for a fee. Breakfast is included and it's ok. You can grab some fresh fruit for the road.

Our reservation was screwed up when we arrived and the girl at front desk said she couldn't go in and change anything on our reservation because we booked through a third party. That was just the start. The room keys didn't work. They never did. Eventually we just left someone in the room to let us back in every time we left. We had tried to get the keys made again 4 times and never worked. It must have been the door lock. When we got in the room the smoke detector was beeping from low battery. The girl at front desk again said she couldn't fix it. She suggested putting ductapt over the little speaker. Shower had no water pressure, biggest problem was above us, it was banging and jumping sounded like 300lb being body slammed over and over again. Mattress was generally good except that "most used" side (closest to the bathroom) was worn and sagged a bit. Excellent TV (quality, size, and channel selection); funky remote. I prefer Best Western plus motels. Most importantly, what I look for, is a king pillow soft mattress which both times I stayed, they had. I don't know which other chains have them, except the 4 & 5 star rated, which are out of my price range most of the time. Secondly, a complete breakfast bar with a wide selection of good and hot groceries. Even if I had to pay for it, I'd rather that then having to get up, get dressed to drive somewhere.

There was a leak in the A/C in our original room and the staff immediately and courteously addressed the problem and moved us to another room. Impressive response!

I was traveling for business and had booked a room at Best Western. It was 2am when I arrived and they checked me in. They gave me my room and I went right up. When entering my room I was hit with the smell of cigarette smoke. This is supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel. I went back down and told the front desk clerk. He immediately switched my room and apologized. I know the hotel has no control over rude hotel guest who can't follow simple rules and instructions. I was very pleased with his quick response to change my room and get me comfortable. The staff is very friendly and always greeted me with hellos and have a good day. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in fair shape. The sheets, I found, were not clean on the bed. There was a smudge of dirt on the side of the comforter. The hot water did not work at first in the shower (some time after 12am), but after running the sink I was able to get it working for some reason--this took about 10 minutes.

Visit appears to be a stop for the freeway however this BW was very clean and modern. Breakfast was disappointing, could have been more choice. Visor itself looked as if it's better days had passed and seemed tired and old. But the hotel was an oasis in the desert. Typical fast food restaurants and gas station fare however there is an excellent German restaurant 5 minutes away

On a road trip, we couldn't find decent hotels in Beaumont or cheap ones in Lake Charles so I looked in the middle. I'm glad I did. It's very clean, comfortable and modern looking. The only bad thing was that the breakfast had very little variety and the eggs were so bad that seemed fake.

Stayed here as a half way point from New Orleans coming back home to San Antonio. Room was beautiful and very comfy. Couldn't beat the price and the pool was nice. Complimentary breakfast was just ok but how can you complain when it's free. Overall this is a great hotel to stay at!

Found a loaded glass marijuana pipe and a used hypodermic syringe in the ice bucket ... Took the ice bucket to the front desk ... the clerk and housekeeper didn't really seemed surprised WOW !!! I asked for a different ice bucket, I was told one would be brought to the room. About 5 minutes later the housekeeper that had been at the front desk arrived at my room with an ice bucket. My wife and I travel this route at least twice a year. We look for clean, comfortable accommodations and good value for our dollar. This inn meets all those criteria. Additionally, it is convenient to the interstate. The staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. We will come again!

This hotel was not that great. The rumors about the racism proved untrue, from my perspective. The room had broken/stained furniture and a lock that was cut which meant you could not lock people out. The staff was the bright spot if there was to be one! That being said I would be hard pressed to stay at this location going forward.

We needed a good nights rest at an economy rate, but were concerned that cleanliness and comfort may be less than our expectations in an area we weren't familiar with. We arrived to find attractive exterior with cordial, helpful staff, and best of all, everything seemed new, fresh, very clean, and the mattress/ bed and pillows were wonderful. We will be trying other Best Western hotels in our travels.

We were on vacation and tired of driving. We stopped in Vidor, TX and stayed at the Best Western Plus, as we have been having a great time at other Best Western Plus hotels. This one is an exception. The reviews were pretty good, stating just a small problem here and there. I am a real person reviewing this BW. It was really bad. The toilet seat was broken, and I mean broken. The AC was the noisiest I have ever heard, really!! The furniture was very very stained and worn - very dirty looking! The chair and ottoman stained, worn and frayed all around the edges. Great location, OK value, and lots of potential with the remodel the property is undergoing, as our room needed new carpet, etc. However, placing guests next to rooms being remodeled isn't the greatest idea, especially when very noisy construction begins at 7:20AM! Stopped here after 10 hours on the road pulling a boat in the rain on April 18. Nice and clean and new. We had not stayed in a BW Plus before. WiFi was good. Staff was very pleasant. Liked the inside entrances; however, found it ridiculous that you had to come down the elevator and walk the length of the building to get to the ice machine. Grate Hotel and very clean. Wifi not the best slow but I think they were having problems and should fix it. Everything was great with a fast and easy breakfast. Room was clean with cold AC. Unfortunately our review of this motel will not be as glowing as some of the others. Our one night stay was comfortable enough because we were extremely tired after a long drive from FL. We found the young woman at the desk accommodating but this BW was supposed to be a BW Plus! It certainly was not a Plus. The AC thermostat was not working and this should have been fixed. There was also problems with WFi in the room. The breakfast area was tiny. On a very cold and rainy night, we wanted a BW room east of Houston on I 10. I checked online from the car, but Beaumont where we wanted so I followed the maps to Vidor, Tx. I almost didn't called because I didn't know how to pronounce the name. Room appeared clean at first but we began to notice small black bugs later and again in the morning in both the room and the bathroom. The thermostat on the wall was for show only, it was not connected to the under window ac/heating unit. On check-in the thermostat was set for 68 and the room was 82. Desk clerk acted like he had no idea the thermostat was not connected. When I reported the bugs, he asked if I was sure. Then he wanted to know if they were bugs or insects. Does it really matter? Definitely would not stay here again and I am a Platinum level Rewards member.

The motel was easy on and off the freeway. It was clean and nicely decorated. We choose this particular motel because of the price and our past experiences when we visit family and friends in this area.

Office staff was very friendly and helpful. In our first room the heater/air conditioner didn't work correctly. There was a nest of wire next to the unit. It was a reworked unit to use the thermostat on the wall but it still had controls on the unit. Couldn't get it to work. The curtain rod came off in my hand when I closed the curtain. The second room was better. But I had to get the staff to reset it so it would work. There was a leak in the ceiling of the bathroom so the paint was bubbled and part of the ceiling had fallen. The leak damage was also visible in the closet. When I inspected for bedbugs I found a glue board with numerous insects and lots of hair on it. An old cup was also behind the night stand. We were in the middle of a 25+ hour drive divided in two legs, and we found this nice place to rest for the night. It was very good. They even helped with assigning us a room that looked to the parking lot so we were more comfortable leaving our car partially loaded and could 'feel' like we would be able to care for it (as if we really did... we slept very well that night...)

Nice room very comfortable with a good breakfast. Staff was very helpful with several issues during a heavy rain storm. Our room developed a leak in the ceiling and I didn't notice it until I woke up. It was off to the side of the bed, I put a trash can under it and notified the staff who was very apologetic. Hot. Stuffy. I'm normally cold. Had to keep the thermostat at 63 to keep the room cool. Lobby stayed hot and stuffy. I couldn't tell there was a remodel. The wifi didn't work at all. They knew that before we checked in and failed to tell us. The staff weren't helpful until I insisted they make an effort to get the wifi working. Still didn't work. The beds were comfy and the TV was fine. The kids enjoyed the pool. They didn't care for the breakfast at all- and they're generally easy to please. At checkout I requested a discount for the wifi not working. That didn't happen of course. The Holiday Inn Express around the corner is much better and their wifi works!

Hard to find. Not clearly marked. Looks like an update was made on a old motel. Still needs work to bring it up to the high standard that I am used to at Best Western Motels. I would advise that BW check for correct location stated on Google maps or Map Quest as we were shown a horrible way to get to the Motel, then the final drive was not marked.

How come east coast Best Westerns are so much cheaper? They give great service and have great locations. The hotels in the west and south and north are overpriced in comparasen to Eastern Hotels. I also find that Eastern Hotels are located closer to other services than the ones in the west, south and north.

When booking a room for a weekend at the horse races in Vinton, on a whim I reserved the suite at this hotel that had a whirlpool tub and when we walked in the room I was very pleasantly surprised... Next to the room with all the stuff we are used to in hotels, was a half room with a real fancy whirlpool tub (not a jacuzzi, because you cant comfortably fit more than one person in it), another couch, another TV, and a wet bar... In town for the Orange Hamfest we had made reservations prior to our arrival. A very pleasant young lady named Morgan greeted us and welcomed us in. We got our keys quickly with a very efficient checkin process and Morgan was most helpful. Our room was large and well appointed. Our overnight was very quiet and everything worked as it should. They served a full hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, and all the accouterments expected. Will definitely stay here on our next time in town.

I stay in hotels across the country 100+ nights a year. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, comfort of the room (especially the padded carpets) and overall appearance of the property. Thick soft towels, large spacious rooms and very easy to get to. I stayed in a room next to the elevator and it never once disturbed me. I would recommend this hotel to weary traveler, the long term worker or couple looking for an inexpensive weekend getaway.

My husband thought this was a brand new motel--that's how well it's been renovated. Vidor is a funny little town; we're glad we stayed here. We had a couple of issues with our room--the drapes didn't operate correctly, and the toilet ran a bit--but overall, a nice place to stay.

The unit was clean but the overall appearance was older style. Breakfast area was small and crowed with a few people. Was not convenient to any decent eateries other than the usual chain eats. Not a bad place just not as nice as other Best westerns.

This hotel was very clean and was a good value for the price. The breakfast was run of the mill Best Western and could stand to be improved upon. Especially the greasy meats and artificial eggs. We would definitely stay here again.

It's very rare to get a room that lives up to the price. This room had updated furnishings, was clean and everything worked! Great location as it's right off the interstate and close to anything you may need. Would definitly recommend to anyone that wants a good room at a good price.

Vidor is just a couple of miles east of Beaumont, Texas (almost to the Louisiana line). The Best Western is a smaller hotel at Exit 860 of I 10, and it is tucked back behind the WhattaBurger in a way that makes it a little hard to spot, but this is a very nice place for an overnight stop. While the lobby is small, the rooms themselves are spacious and quite comfortable. Our room on the 2nd floor was clean and well-furnished. As an enthusiastic early-morning walker, I was glad to find that the hotel backs up to a fairly large residential neighborhood that offered plenty of opportunity to walk in an area somewhat sheltered from the constant noise of the Interstate. We enjoyed our stay, and were able to continue our trip back home to Alabama refreshed.

On our way from western Texas to New Orleans. This was a great place to stop. Clean with all the items you wish for in a motel ie. refrigerator, microwave. Nice personnel and breakfast buffet. Would stay here again. Spacious rooms and baths.

went to Vidor to have a funeral for my mother and the hotel did not help with the poor experience, it would have been nice if they could have been more accommodating , cleaning the a/c's in the room's more often might help prevent mold build up.

We stayed at this motel during a trip from Florida to Texas. We did not have reservation but we took a chance and stopped about 7 pm. Fortunately they had two rooms. The lady that checked us in was very polite and pleasant checking us in very quickly. We then went to a near by fast food chain for supper. It appears that this motel has recently been updated to a PLUS status as the whole building has been renovated. Our room was great with a king bed, frige, desk, chairs and all the extras. The beds were great and we rested well. The motel furnishes breakfast and it provided a good choice of breakfast foods which were fresh & good. Very nice Best Western! Check-in was a breeze, and the staff was very pleasant. The hotel is very clean and the entrance was so nice and modern. Our room was comfortable, and we got a very good nights sleep. Our room offered the norm, tv, microwave, fridge and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. It's convenient to get to, and has ample parking. This hotel has modern decor and is a nice change from the norm, the breakfast area was very clean, and offered a nice variety to choose from. Thank you for a very nice, comfortable stay and we will stay again!

We found this place right before driving into Beaumont. It was really late & the other hotels either had bad reviews, were overpriced or only had smoking rooms available...we were so happy to finally find something that didn't fall under any of those categories. The rooms were spotless, bathrooms clean & spacious, and the beds were so comfortable. The staff was also wonderful, they were so friendly. I will definitely be sure to mark this hotel as a favorite for next time!

Awesome room for my money. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The bedroom was very Clean and the beds were very comfortable. Even the remote control for the tv had been cleaned and was in a bag keeping germs off control Friendly staff Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone

My sister turned on the heater,it stunk up the room & kept setting off smoke detector. They moved us to a different rm. When we checked in we were GIVEN either a drink or a snack for FREE,both of us. I've never had that happen before.

This was my first visit to this hotel. They are now a Best Western. I was throughly impressed! the new owners and completely remodel the entire facillity! the lobby looks wonderful and the rooms were very clean. We stayed here a few years ago when it was the LaQuinta and let me just say this is a HUGE improvement from our last visit. When we told the front desk how happy we were with all the changes they informed us of the new owners taking over. Keep Up the good work! We will be returning in February!
