The room was clean and cool. Pool was being used by adults, so I'm sure was cared for. Breakfast was good with many selections.
Room is not sound proof. Location is not great unless you are in the area for work.

The only thing I like about this undeservingly and pretentious hole, is its location. Proximity to stores is its only charm. The fridge doesn't work and it won't be fixed for days. The staff is super uppity and the guy at night, a manager I believe, super rude. The breakfast is the same thing everyday and frankly its not great. I have no idea why this place got the awards and such as it did unless they paid for it . Oh did I mention there is an odor in the room that was here when we got here but its been stated that my dogs are the cause. Convent way to secure a 100$ deposit...smh just avoid.

Hotel was super nice. Accommodations were excellent, I checked for hair, bugs, leftover stuff, etc. and the kids even had their own separate room. The only major problem was this horrible stinch in their room that NO SPRAY could get rid of. Really hard to stomach, but we did it for the night. Would be nice to walk into something that smells good, some sort of fresh fragrance at least. Super accommodating for my ESA as well, but wasn’t notified about the “pet fee” until it was time to pay

Room are old but ok on being clean.

Service has kinda sucked. Breakfast was lacking on having stuff out. Seen it done a lot better. Ran out of tp and said to come to the front and no one was there.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room was clean and the bathroom made a good impression.

Checkin went absolutely smoothly. Nice staff.

A plus, there is a Tesla destination charger that you could use free of charge. Just ask at reception and it will be activated.

We would love to come back

This was a nice hotel. Room was clean. Staff very friendly. Was near restaurants, HEB, Walmart, and Target. Was more in a suburban area, and away from from city life. You could still find places to shop. Was close to anything you would need. But it was quiet as well. Nice area. I'd stay here, again.

First, their website does not disclose a hefty deposit of $115 because they said it's a new thing! Second, we found a few of the tiny roaches while we stayed two nights on the third floor (only ate food the second night so it wasn't from leftover sitting out). Third, while trying to gather things to leave, maintenance guy came in even though it was still before 11am check out time and the privacy please sign was on the door!!! We were still getting ready for the day!!!! I wish I could get a refund for this experience and I'm not coming back!!!

Edit: the general manager didn't even call me back directly to apologize himself and instead had another member of his staff to do it. I just want a refund because no one should be barged in on while changing clothes! I have reported them to BBB.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I would stay here again, however my husband (and business partner) and I were woken up abruptly at 6 am by the manager yelling at somebody in the lobby. He was LOUD and belligerent. It took us a while to go back to sleep. We were in the first room at the top of the staircase which didn’t help. It was a weekends from hell for us as we were in town for a work trip and my husband ended up hospitalized Friday-Sunday so this was just an awful time for this to happen. Otherwise, our room was clean and spacious and we will give this Best Western Plus another chance next time we are in town.

So as far as location, it is a good location and rooms was clean and as expected.
However, as someone who works at a best western, I was accused of smoking “weed” in the room.
Never smoked weed, nor did I even have weed in the room. I had me, my mom and a baby in the room. Nothing was ever light in that room. I’ve stayed at multiple hotels for work and never ever been accused of smoking. The only place in there that smelled like weed was the elevator. So I was charged a $250 fee for it and waiting on manager to call me back. I would not recommend staying here. They can claim it smelted like weed all day, I never have smoked weed a day in my life nor did my mom. This is crazy!!! Be careful where you stay, I guess next hotel I’ll have someone smell my damn room before leaving

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights Feb 29th through March 2nd. I arrived around 8pm, and the lobby was alluring with a nice curved staircase. I was pleasantly greeted by the staff, and he was very helpful and polite. My room was very clean and spacious, with a refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave and a nice closet with an iron. The bed was fairly comfortable which provided a decent nights sleep, and the continental breakfast was fantastic! However, the walls are thin and could hear a baby crying during the day and the hallways were fairly loud and could hear walking on the floor above. Upon leaving on my last day, I was gathering my things from the bathroom, and there was a cockroach that ran across the bathroom counter. I did alert the staff when I was checking out, and she was very apologetic and appreciated that I let her know. Will I stay there again? Of course, there issues that I experienced were very minor. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality during my stay. :)

Our family had to come to Texas for a medical trip.and I also work for best Western. The room my family stayed in was very clean and the front desk workers were very nice and helpful. we will definitely stay here again. And will recamind y'all if anyone comes your way

A proper breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, orange juice, yogurt, apples, etc…
Also a very friendly staff and generally light and clean environment.

I'd give them a 0 if I could. We rented 2 rooms for Christmas and when my family got there they didn't have the rooms promised. I got them in the rooms they needed and paid the difference. I called back and they gave me my money owed for the difference. No apology and when I sent my review it was less than what they wanted. They stated I got my money and I ordered those rooms and decided to change my reservation. So basically it was my fault. I went on Facebook and messaged them and still they do not understand about the customer service. Maybe a sorry or it was our fault would have helped. My niece says they came to do a vacant cleaning in her room, so not sure if they even cleaned it ? Not one person has wanted to talk about this. They are stuck on we refunded the difference. It wasn't about the money!

These rooms were very spacious. I threw up but it was in the sink so it washed out ok. Still gotta all over my wife's dress but, as she explained, it wasn't vomit but from the bum. She's quite the lovely English lady. We went to drive go carts the next day.

Needed a quick place to get away for a staycay for the night and was looking forward to relaxing and a little peace and quite.
While it was quiet, everything else was not good at all. I was exhausted so tried to make the best out of the situation but the room reeked of second hand smoke and by morning time I felt like I couldn't breath. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and it was late when it really started to bother me and i did not want the hassle of having to change rooms. Then there were roaches everywhere. Bathroom, nightstand, ac unit, everywhere. Went and got my breakfast which was ok plenty variety but cold and not very well flavored and brought it back to my room had a few bites sat it on my nightstand and a roach crawled across my plate. Well so much for finishing that.
At checkout I did let the person know the issues I encountered and she could tell how hoarse I was from breathing in the second hand smoke in the room and asked if I could get a credit back or a voucher for a free night since the room made me sick, she said email corporate there was nothing she could do. I didn't want to be one of those people complaining so just tried to make the best out of a bad situation, but this was Friday and I have been sick since I stayed in that room and that is the only thing different that I have done on my schedule. So no I would not recommend staying.

My husband & I do a lot of road trips. The Best Western Plus in Humble, TX. is lovely. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Yolanda the front office manager is great! She was the first to wish us a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR! Our room was very clean, quiet and spacious. The breakfast selection was more than we expected, including daily specials. Everything was clean, and the breakfast was awesome. They have an alternating breakfast menu, but mostly, you get your basic breakfast foods. Everything is always clean and well kept anytime I visit.

We're it not for the road construction on 1960, I would have given the location a higher rating. I didn't partake of the offered breakfast, so I can't rate that. The housekeeping staff are very respectful and work fast but miss very little. There are plenty of parking spaces that are not reduced in size, my 2021 GMC Clubcab Sierra 4x4 with its full sized bed easily fit. They have a nice selection of food, beverages, and bathroom items available next to the front desk. They were priced just slightly over the Krogers price, but I consider that a convenience fee. The only negative I saw was that their free Wi-Fi network had a Hacker on it peaking into any device connected to it. Having the skills I do, I always check hotel networks before I connect my devices to them, I spotted them and traced them so I know they were local, in Kingwood. I showed them no mercy, I caused their computer's hard drive to reformat, which wiped it clean. I didn't see them on the hotel network again while I was there. I did notify the assistant manager of what I discovered and on how I handled the issue. I recommended they get a VPN for the Hotel machines but not to add it to the guests environment as it could cause problems for the non-technically oriented.

I stayed at the Best Western Plus for a total of 8 days. Everything was great and the hotel is located in a very good area. The breakfast was very good too. Staff is friendly and accommodating, rooms are reasonably priced and clean. Breakfast is good, but if you stay for a week it can become repetitive. Quick trip to the area to see the kids and help my son move from his apartment that was right down the street from the hotel. I used to live in the area, and it appears that it has been recently renovated. The interior was very tastefully done, and the lobby with a curved staircase was gorgeous! A feature that my young grandson thought was too cool! LOL! Comfortable beds, good water pressure, pretty quiet and a decent breakfast. Will certainly stay again when we go back to visit and can hopefully take advantage of the other amenities then. The only downside had nothing to do with the hotel, but the location. Doing a lot of construction on the road it is on. Once that is done, this will be the perfect place to stay as it is literally the mid point between the two kids houses. … Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your experience with us! Night staff should be more knowledgeable. Came in after an exhausting drive, asked about a microwave in room. Person said I don't know. That doesn't help. Breakfast was okay. The room was quite dirty, and the linens (both bedding and towels) were stained. There were no water sources, only water available to purchase. The staff was not friendly nor helpful. Lots of construction getting to and from the hotel. Wouldn’t supply us with extra pillows, nor switch rooms when we complained about a strange odor and loud banging sounds each morning of our stay. Room 216: The bed was really high, we had to climb up. Very comfortable though. The window could not open, the AC was too loud to sleep in. Breakfast was good, enough options. Nice lady at reception when we were leaving. When we arrived the day before, another lady couldn’t tell us where we could go for a meal. Isn’t that a question you can expect? The staff greeted me promotly. It took less that 10 minutes to get me to my room and I did not have reservations. The room was very nice. The staff very helpful. This property is very clean. All staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are good size. Accessibility is a little difficult due to road construction but that’s not Best Western’s fault. This hotel advertises breakfast until 9am. After 8:30 you are not guaranteed any thing! Twice at this hotel in last 2 weeks and it is the same story. Today several people came for breakfast between 8:30 and 9. What little eggs left is not worth mentioning. Very disappointed. At least they had hot coffee! Special chapter: Mrs Yolanda Ware, who has been working at this hotel for a long time, is always friendly and professional. Every time I come to this region, our choice is this Best Western. The hotel is very well maintained. The rooms are a great size, clean and everything works. Bathrooms are always clean. Very good breakfast, several items. The pool and Hot tub always woks and clean. Hotel is clean, well maintained and comfortable. Bed was great, breakfast decent and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Road construction makes getting in and out difficult but that’s temporary and once we found the back way it was a non issue. The room appeared to be clean and beds were comfortable. When I booked the room at last minute on our drive there- same day booking….the front desk failed to mention the elevator quit working (room on 3rd floor) AND there was a Wedding reception? at the Hotel Late Saturday night. We went out to dinner Saturday at Wazabi (great sushi bar) and got back after 9:30pm. I spoke to front desk about the elevator, (someone was working on it early Saturday morning) he said still not working… I mentioned the barking dog, loud child and pot smokers on our floor. He seemed disinterested and again failed to mention the Party/Reception being held at the hotel. ( No sign of people when we got back from dinner). Around 12:45 am or later the party moved into our hallway. ( we were sound… Dear Sharon, I am distressed to see your comments. My apologies for the bad experience. We never want our guests to go back with an unpleasant experience. The entire points will be investigated and necessary actions will be taken. Aside from the stains on the sheets, the lobby is louder at 1 AM than most bars are. Every. Single. Night. Not even exaggerating, I could hear every word of what they were yelling in the lobby. The lobby was considerably nice. The room was comfortable, well lit, and welcoming. The hotel was clean and in good condition. The customer service was attentive and thoughtful. However, there was some work being done near the highway. The work didn’t seem to be too big of a deal, particularly because we weren’t looking for something with good scenery during that time frame. What we would suggest to hotel management is fabric softener for the sheets. The atmosphere that was set at this bw was peaceful and calm. The small waterfall in front and the soft music playing around the front door as you entered through the front door. Diminished the hustle and bustle of being right next to FM 1960 that was under construction. The lobby and breakfast area was refreshing, the way it was designed. The staff was professional and kind. This hotel was spotless, well decorated, full breakfast and overall a bargain for the price. Will stay there again and look at other Best Western Plus hotels! I love the cleanliness of the entire hotel. all amenities were operable and available for use. the breakfast was hot and plentiful. covid restriction were observed if desired. staff was available and ready to assist. They were remodeling and there was no place to sit and meet with colleagues, it was dusty, and the business office had NOTHING in it, no carpet, chairs or anything, so I could not prepare for my presentation. we have stayed several times at this best western hotel. we chose it originally because it was close to my son's house. which we are glad we did and also, we chose it because we belong to the best western club. the staff was excellent, and housekeeping was provided, and they did a great job. My only complaint was that there could have been more of a selection at breakfast time, and it could have been warmer. Other than that and for the price it was an excellent stay. When we come to see family, we always stay at this Hotel. We came to Houston on this visit to attend my mothers funeral, and to see our extended family. The only problem we encountered was the road work being done on the highway in front of this hotel. It was also difficult to see the entrance of the hotel. Such a nice, clean place. Staff is nice and polite. Breakfast was awesome and better than most similar hotels. Grounds were neatly groomed. Pool is awesome. Rooms quite well maintained and overall just pleasant. Thank you for a nice 4 night stay.

We needed a place to stay during our family reunion and this hotel was just great! The hotel seemed new and was clean and spacious and very economical. The breakfast was hot and sufficient but don’t expect a huge buffet. The bathroom had a fan and the shower had sliding glass doors. The TV had a big screen but not many good channels to watch. The bed was a bit squeaky and you could easily hear the noise from other rooms. The hotel is located right off 1960. There was very little noise from the outside. The parking in the back had a fence to protect your vehicle. Electric car recharging stations were available on the property parking spots. Overall great stay. I'm only taking the time to write this because I truly hope this gets to someone that would actually understand where I'm coming from because this is coming from a guest/employee of hospitality and overnight as well. There needs to be better customer service/communication to your guest even when disputing a problem with the guest and actually keep your word when you say your NOT going to charge someone, DON'T CHARGE THEM! Don't wait til they vacate an then hit them with charges you didn't even inform them about, communication is everything an that did NOT happen when it came from Lisa. Thats really rude an so inconsiderate to that guest time an their money with having to dispute charges that should have NEVER been posted when told they would NOT be. Also your overnight employee… Dear Guest, Thanks for the stay. Kindly accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you during your visit. I am extremely disappointed that you had an unfavorable experience due to all the reasons you have mentioned. I reserved 2 rooms for my brother's wedding. The phone in my room is totally not working, dead phone! My brother's room, the door security is broken and the iron in both rooms are old and broken. I did not expect it esp that the hotel seems new. I paid for the rate that has breakfast and they just give you snacks on weekend! Really bad if only it is not very close to the chapel where the wedding will be held, I could've stayed in other hotel where rate is worth. Emergency, my brother was in ICU due to Covid. There are many restaurants, pharmacies, HEB, Walmart, Krogers, gas station and a 24 hoyr emergency room near. Close to mayor highways. Everything was fairly nice except the cleanliness of the pool. Needed a good cleaning and maintenance with regular pool shock and chlorine. Outdoor Pool bathrooms are immaculately clean. We got hives the minute we laid in bed. We thought we had eaten something so we went to buy meds. The next morning the same thing. An hour after check out I received a Tex that I was being charge for a blanket $75! Why would I take a blanket that caused hives? I am still waiting for someone to get ahold of me. This hotel is a MESS and not in the sense of it being unclean but management is horrible! I had the misfortune of staying here two times with my husband but NEVER again will I make that mistake. The first time we were there we encountered BED BUGS in room 106 soon after we were stupid and it was the only hotel we knew of in that area so again we gave this hotel a chance only to come down to the manager in an argument with a man he apparently stole money from and the desk lady even quit ON SPOT because he was lying! Unfortunate, the hotel has so much potential but until they get better management I'm afraid it'll never be enough for my husband and I to return.

A fast check-in to the second floor led us to a spotless, extremely clean room. I appreciate the time taken to clean these rooms, which is apparent. The entire property is in well-working order (elevator was fast, coffee at all times). The long term stay was a pleasant experience for me and my two 4 legged pets Valentino and Willow, 10 & 12 years respectively. Valentino a 10 lb Maltese, is the hyper active playful rascal. Willow, a 10 lb Papilion is the more laid back calm and tranquil lover. Both were at home in their daily routine in our room and outward surroundings during periodic forays to the outdoors when needed. This is not only the nicest Best Western (by far) I've ever been in; it's just an impressive hotel period! And I'm super particular and usually stay in 4 star hotels. Of course this is not a luxury resort but it really looks & feels like a cute little boutique hotel! It's completely renovated, modern, fresh and clean. Nice and bright, with colorful decor, updated bathrooms, and sleek, convenient furnishings. Front desk ppl are SUPER nice and accommodating, especially Gabrielle. Rooms have microwaves and fridges (at no extra charge) which seems rare these days. Also free wifi & parking. In the lobby they have a little snack & convenience shop, and free breakfast. Hotel is located on a very convenient street with many restaurants and stores up & down the street, all within a couple min from the hotel. Feels very safe too. And all this for around $80-$100/night!? Such a good deal!!! The ONLY thing I didn't like is that the A/C unit/fan in the rooms is annoyingly loud. It's one of those old school ones that's attached to the wall and low to the ground. It's not so loud you can't sleep or anything like that...but took me a bit to get used to and tune it out. It's loud enough you'll def notice it but not a dealbreaker. The rest of the hotel more than makes up for it anyway! By the way, I've stayed here a few times and so have several of my relatives, and none of us have ever noticed a wet dog smell in any of our rooms like another reviewer mentioned, and I also have severe allergies and have never had a problem.

When our house flooded, we needed a place to live that was pet friendly & reasonably priced. We found a home away from home at this Best Western. Welcoming & accommodating management &friendly, efficient staff that has accepted not only us, but our 2 cats for however long we will need to stay. Totally enjoyed the room and service, but the breakfast for a Sunday morning could have been a lot better.... so my wife and I opted not to eat there and go somewhere else. This hotel is like new. It is comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating regarding my dog. Carpet seems new and the bed was comfortable. This is the nicest BW that I have stayed in. The area is just outside Houston and has a large selection of stores and restaurants. Stayed two nights the room and bathroom was clean. Housekeeping did a great each day. I recommend this hotel for any family. The room was quiet and a huge plus the large shower. Staying there while I relocate to Houston Area. Very clean hotel with an excellent staff!! Close to restaurants and shopping and a mile away from Lake Houston. We stayed at this hotel for almost 3 weeks in May 2018 while we were in the process of moving. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The hotel appears to be recently renovated and is very well-maintained. The room was comfortable and had nicer than average amenities. All of the hotel employees that we dealt with were great - especially Yolanda. We had to switch rooms for a couple days in the middle of our stay, and Yolanda helped to make sure the change was as smooth as possible. The breakfast is your standard free hotel breakfast, but the food was kept well-stocked and the area was clean. It's a small breakfast area, but it never seemed to be full (even on the week-ends). The hotel is located on a busy road, but we didn't hear any noise from our room. We stayed here on the last night of our road trip, as it was relatively near the airport. This is a very attractive hotel, with clean rooms and modern communal areas. The breakfast area is very pleasant and there was plenty of choice even though there seemed to be very few guests having breakfast when we were there. Book this hotel for my daughters wedding they gave a great rate and were so helpful to my guest. The staff is so sweet and the hotel was so clean and nice. My stay at this Best Western could not have been better. I loved the pillows and comfy bed. Breakfast was very good. My room on the third floor was very quiet. The hotel lobby is beautiful. The free breakfast is delicious! The rooms were nice and clean. Our fridge wasn’t working properly and there was trash in between the connecting doors, but the staff was kind and apologetic and handled it. Stayed overnight for a business trip and booked this hotel based on it’s reviews on TripAdvisor, I travel frequently and stay at many place during a month. The hotel is very clean and has a nice ambience. The front desk clerk was friendly and wanted to make sure my stay would be comfortable. The hotel has had a recent remodeling and they did a fabulous job! The rooms were comfortable, clean and fresh smelling. Fully renovated recently. Fully met my expectations and earned it's high rating. the location was easy to get to from the East (FM1960). Pleasantly surprised as we were looking for a spot to stay while visiting family. The Hotel was on a main strip, well lighted, clean, pretty good variety of breakfast, outdoor pool(we did not use), snacks and sundries available, TV with decent channels and swivel so you can see in all parts of the rooms, and they weren't stingy with towels. This Best Western is really nice, very clean and in an area away from freeway traffic noise. The open area from the lobby to the upper floors allows any noises in the lobby area to filter into the room hallways above. Not an issue if there aren't any loud or discourteous guests. We stayed at the property for a tournament nearby. Its a good area and easy access. The lobby and common area is very clean. The breakfast was great and high quality food. LOVE having coffee available 24/7. There were at least a half dozen dogs roaming the hotel, and no one seemed to care that they would go bananas barking at each other. The room overall was pretty clean and well maintained, but we accidentally booked an accessible room and it was HORRENDOUS. It shared a wall with the breakfast pantry and there was all kinds of noise before 6am while they got ready. The walls are paper thin, and our neighbors music overtook the sound of our own TV. So this hotel has apparently been redone fairly recently. We had an accessible King room on the second floor and talk about a nice room! Very spacious bathroom with a roll-in shower and shower seat. I try to get accessible rooms for my kiddo. It helps Her to be more independent and she doesn't need me to help her as much. Staff was very friendly, the breakfast was what you would expect for most hotels in this category: waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, pastries, etc. I booked this room last minute on Expedia and it was a great value for the money. There's a lot right around here in the area so you don't have to go far for anything at all.

Our three day stay here was outstanding. The room was clean, convenient, and well maintained. There were plenty of outlets in the room for cell phone chargers, computer power and etc. The desk clerks, particularly Robert, went the extra mile on more than one of our requests for service. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay here. Super nice hotel. Brand new-ish... My bed was like sleeping on clouds. The shower was walk in style with the glass doors. The staff upon check in and during my whole stay until check out were extremely kind. Coming back for work after Christmas, I already made my reservation.

Stayed on a Friday night. They put the charge on my card 2 times. On Tuesday, both charges are still pending on my card. Never had a motel do this before. It stinks. I was in town for a "Medicare" birthday party on Friday night and for a Wedding on Saturday night. My family and I stayed at the BW Plus, Atascocita. The hotel and its employees made my travel and stay fantastic. The hotel is easy to locate, close to shops and restaurants and very close to the air port. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic every morning. I enjoyed having fresh coffee available day and night. The lobby is beautifully decorated and large enough for family groups to visit. I am working 175 miles from home 4 days a week and needed a place to stay. Thank God I chose this hotel. It is newly renovated- spotless and modern. All of the staff are incredibly friendly but a BIG thank you to the manager Yolanda Ware. She is the kindest, most caring person. She truly is such an asset to the property. The business center is nice , workout room and pool all good. Breakfast every morning consists of eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, bagels and pastries, oatmeal, yogurt and a make your own Texas shaped waffle station. It is always well stocked and food hot. Variety of juices. The room has a fridge and microwave and suites have large couch. FYI - only the queen rooms have a bath tub - king rooms have large walk in shower. I typically stay in 4 star or better hotels for my vacations. One of life's storms hit us very hard. I was forced to find somewhere to stay for me and my two grandchildren on very short notice. We were emotionally drained and on edge. We were greeted by Ms. Yolanda Ware. Her warmth and understanding was incredible. The beds were comfortable and cool. The facility was immaculate. The children were able to relax and enjoy the pool. She and her staff welcomed this rag tag group with open arms and made every effort to make us comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.

It was on a busy street, one way in and out made it difficult leaving to explore the town. Was going swimming till they found a live snake in the pool, the guys took it out and placed it on the ground, I told the front desk receptionist of this problem, and had a very hard time getting the, to put the air on in the workroom, but as I complained over and over we was successful.

We stayed here for a week. The hotel is very clean and modern and rooms were comfortable. However we were greeted with Harley motorcycles in drive thru guest unloading area. We had to avoid dog poop when walking from the parking lot to the hotel lobby. Handicapped parking was challenging because it was either closed off by maintenance staff or occupied by non-handicapped designated vehicles. Inside the hotel can be noisy with the guests slamming their doors starting at 6am. The hot breakfast was the same everyday and it seemed like it was more for the employees than for hotel guests. There are newer hotels in the area to spend that kind of money. If you missed your flight, as it happened to myself, it is a decent hotel for reasonable price. The room was very cozy with a very comfortable bed. Service was also very kind and helpful. They provided me with all information that I needed. The hotel also can get you to or from the airport every half hour Even though that the breakfast was low quality, I am completely satisfied.

We have stayed in many BW hotels in the state of Texas and this is by far the best run and cleanest one we have stayed in over the years. We also stay at an excellent BW in Canada every year or so and this BW is on par with the one in Canada. I would highly recommend checking this one out if you are staying in the Humble Tx area

This was my favorite hotel I stayed at during our week long adventure through Texas. The decor was beautiful, the room was fantastic and the staff were above and beyond helpful. My only regret is we were unable to use the pool due to time issues. The breakfast bar was great the the woman who was over this was so kind and helpful. Loved this hotel.

After a road trip to Austin and the hill country, we were flying out of IAH early the next afternoon and I wanted to stay near IAH, but not be inundated with noise, traffic, etc. This hotel and surrounding community is nice, laid back, inexpensive, and safe ( for the rental car, people ). There's an HEB grocery store with quality food, and Tex Mex ( Lupe's ), Italian ( Italianos ), and Japanese ( Wasabi ) restaurants nearby. Easy drive to airport down FM1960 to HWY 59.

3 night stay May 5-8. Stayed on the first floor in a queen suite room with my husband and 8 year old son. The room was large. The hideaway sofa bed was better than average and the two queen size beds were very comfortable. I woke up thinking I was in my own bed. The room stayed cool, 73, even though it was hot and humid outside. The kitchen area was very nice with a large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink and small coffee maker. The only thing it was missing was some silverware for cooking. Breakfast was the standard Best Western fare, nothing exciting, but hot and free. Nice clean outside pool with hot tub. The people working here are kind and very responsive and make you feel welcome every time I stay there. The hotel feels like it is brand new, everything is clean and new and comfortable. Great location, near to so much in the Humble/Houston area.

Needed place to stay while vacating home for move to Austin. Hotel near home in Atascosita. New! Only issue was the music left on in the lobby area at night so did not get a good nights rest. Place was clean and good breakfast.

We chose this hotel because it had a room that slept 5 people. Two queen beds and a sofa hide-a-bed that my adult daughter said was very comfortable. Hotel had just gone through a remodel and looked great. We especially loved the hot breakfast: biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, omelettes, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, juice, etc. It was not your typical continental breakfast. They have a 24/7 coffee and hot tea bar. The suite we stayed in had a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and buddy bar with stools. There were no dishes or utensils in the cabinets however. Very clean and nicely decorated. We didn't have time to use the pool and hot tub but it looked clean and inviting. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Love the new reception and breakfast areas. The rooms have been updated with new beds that are so comfortable, and there are plenty of charging options for personal electronics. Have stayed at this Best Western Plus many times over the years and will continue over the coming years.

The hotel was immaculately clean, the room so much so it felt like we were the first people to use it. We never really love breakfast in the USA, the provided baked goods are such poor quality, but the breakfast room was clean and there was hot food provided with variations on the two days we ate breakfast there. The waffle makers had two flavours of batter, which was fun for the kids to try. The pool was clean and the water warm, but the jets in the hot tub didn't work. We used the fitness centre, but couldn't figure out how to turn on/plug in the elliptical machine. Enroute to our daughters wedding we spent one night at this Best Western Hotel Plus. I am becoming more and more impressed with this chain. The hotel had been newly updated and it showed. The beds were super comfortable and the lobby sparkled. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very pleasant. A great value.

When we checked in I was expecting something like a motel 6, but walked into a lavish and modern lobby with a breakfast area and new tile. We checked into our room and there were two queen beds, a couch, a medium sized closet, a nice bathroom, and a kitchenette with a stove and a full size refrigerator. The only complaint I have is that at like 12:00 or 1:00 in the morning a few drunk people were shouting in the hall and wouldn't leave.

we recently stayed here for a soccer tournament. The hotel nicely located. There are plenty of resturants in the area. The hotel was very clean. We had a 2 queen suite which was quite large with full kitchen. Free WiFi and breakfast which was great for our family. The staff was a very friendly and helpful. The one negative I have is the walls don't seem insulated or the guest in the room next were yelling all night, Will definitely stay here again at our next tournament.

We were here for Superbowl and purposely stayed away from the center of Houston. This hotel was perfect for us - a short 20-25 minute drive got us downtown for the festivities, and then we could "escape" from the pandemonium and return. The rooms are very big, and I've never seen flat-screen TV as big as the one we had in any hotel room. I've also never seen a better Wifi access in any hotel room I've stayed at. They are doing some renovations but you never felt like you were in a construction zone. Hotel staff was super friendly and very, very helpful. A great stay, and a great win by the New England Patriots

The ice machine on my floor, third floor, wasn't working. The cross trainer was not working very well either. Still, 5 stars. The employees are very nice, the rooms are very clean, breakfast is good, perfect location for me. This is the third time I have stayed here, and when I return to visit (my dad lives in nearby Huffman), it will be at this hotel.

I traveled world wide for over 50 years and wanted to let you know that Yolanda is one of best, most professional, customer focusing, and friendly people I have dealt with. She went beyond anybody's expectations in making sure my stay was enjoyable and successful. She made sure my room was ready when I needed it during your refurbishing effort, she helped me obtained much needed printed documents even returning emails after her work schedule from home. Recently completed my second last minute stay at the Best Western Plus Atascocita Humble Inn & Suites. My check-in experience was A+. I received an AARP discount from an already decent rate and I was offered a room upgrade based on my rewards status. I had a very pleasant, relaxing stay and enjoyed the opportunity to do some laundry (I travel for a living.) Will definitely stay again in the future and highly recommend this Best Western location. This hotel was small but very clean, modern, and comfortable. Located near stores and restaurants. We decided to stay here for its proximity to the airport. We weren't able to take advantage of the free breakfast because of our very early morning flight. The staff was very friendly upon check-in/check out. The pool area was beyond small. The pool was tiny. Surprised they even bothered to install it. The rooms were very spacious. Being a family of 5, there was room to spread out. It is hard to come by decent rooms for 5 people. One thing that I was unhappy about is that they don't offer an airport shuttle. That would have been nice.

I stayed here several days on a business trip. The breakfast staff is stellar, especially Joanna, she's awesome! Breakfast is great; eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, toast, bagels, waffles, muffins, fruit, oatmeal, juice, and milk. It really was yummy and fresh everyday. My first room had a terrible shower, the lock on my door was broken and the house keeping staff left their drink in my room but Cheri at the front desk went out of her way to make things right and moved me to another room with a working lock. Very nice, clean place to stay. I think the breakfast ends too early, but I just go up and fix a bowl of food and put in the refrigerator until I'm ready to eat. I'm in a handicapped room which is very accessible. The only problem is when showering, water gets on the whole bathroom floor. But, they leave plenty of towels. A bench outside the back entrance would be nice. They have a pavilion, but with being handicapped, it's too far for me to walk. I'm glad I am staying here, it's one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights & found it to be very comfortable. Everything was quite clean, the bathroom was spacious, and we had a large flat screen TV with a great picture & plenty of channels. Our bed was comfortable & we slept well. Breakfast was free & pretty basic, but enough options to fill up on. I would gladly stay here again.

Nice hotel, a fairly new hotel & clean and we'll kept. Staff very polite and helpful when needed. The access in and out of the hotel can be challenging when making left turns during rush hour and busy times of the day. Enjoyable regardless and when I need a hotel in that area I will be the one I chose.

It started off with the elevator not working. My wife and I are handicapped and it was rough climbing the stairs, Then when we got to the room, the coffee maker didn't work. This might be winning, but we did not enjoy our stay.

The counter attendent was very friendly and helpful with questions. The room was very comfortable and clean. Excellent 46" flat screen TV's! The breakfast was just so so and the area was too small, but not a big deal. I'll stay there again when I return to Houston. The hotel was great, the room decorated nicely and appearance of lobby classy. Best Western has come a long way. I will definitely recommend this hotel next year when our group plays in this yearly golf outing. The only downfall is the traffic is horrible in that area and can be difficult getting out of the parking lot.

I selected this Hotel because it is not far from the Houston Bush Intercontinental Airport but is a safe location. Easy access to Freeways, restaurants, and business. Be advised that Houston toll /roads ways require EZ pass and toll ways (such as Sam Houston Pkwy) some do not have change stations to deposit/pay toll. Takes picture of car tag and sends bill. If not paid in short time an excessive fine is charged.

We booked the hotel as a package with Spirit Airlines mostly for the location (close to family). The hotel has an outdoor pool, but the weather was too cool for us to use it. The king suite was very spacious. Clean, comfortable, great location, very friendly staff. We'll definitely stay here again.

Outstanding hotel and staff. My second time to stay in this best western and will not be my last. Top notch. Breakfast was almost up to restaurant standards. Of course they put what they have out to eat, but it was great to start the day with. Everyone me and my family came into contact with were always smiling and ready to help if needed. 5 stars to this establishment and its staff.

We were delayed at the Houston Airport but when we finally arrived at the hotel the front desk was very helpful. Quickly through the check in and in our room. Fabulous breakfast, staff member kept the room clean, items topped up before they ran out, great pumpkin waffles!

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at, ever. Extremely clean and well-maintained with a friendly, courteous, professional and helpful staff. The breakfast room is small and the breakfast is similar to what you find at other brands in this level of hotel. However, the coffee is excellent and seems to never run out, plus they offer 3 kinds of juice. For the money, it is a very good value.

Although the staff was great. Lobby and areas were clean the bed was not comfortable. We couldn't move to another room, not sure if the beds would have been any better, because they were full. The area was nice and close to a lot of shopping and food choices.

I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome decor when we walked into the lobby. We arrived about an hour and a half early and they had a room ready for us to check into... Not just any room, but the exact room we requested in our reservation. Definitely a great find. Nice lobby and eating area, great room, comfy bed and super friendly and accommodating staff. Close to anything you might need, too. This will be our go-to any time we're in Atascocita.

My family and I traveled from Louisiana to Texas. We didn't have a hotel reservation and needed a place to stay. We stopped in at The best Western Plus and Terri was so helpful and accomidating. She made sure we had a room and were all taken care of. The breakfast the next morning was amazing, on time and very clean. The staff is very friendly. We loved the hotel so much that we had to return to Texas this week and decided to return back to the Best Western plus. And Ms. Terri was there to greet us with her wonderful smile and remembered us. Again we had a wonderful room, very clean, and great stay. Melissa was wonderful checking us out and making sure everything was o.k. and that we were fully satisfied.

This hotel is conveniently located for airport access. The unit is relatively new and beautifully maintained. The staff is extremely helpful and dining options are plentiful in the immediate area. The front desk personnel, Ms. Lorette and Ms. Melissa, were very helpful with dining options and directions to the airport.

My husband and I stayed here on 3 different occasions due to procedures at a nearby hospital. Melissa, Yolanda, Teri and Mayra are very sweet. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast. Terrific stay. We will be back !

Everything was excellent. My son is Handicapped the only Complaint I have is he uses a sideboard to transfer from manuel wheelchair to bed . The bed was too high and he couldnt get his chair beside the bed to get in it, and the fold out couch was too low to get out of so I had to get someone to help me get him out cause he's six foot tall and weighs 228 . Other than that the Hotel was awesome. Other than that Everything else was excellent.

A hidden gem. Close to shopping, restaurants, and lake. Easy access to main highway in Houston. Reasonable rates make this a high value place to stop. The receptionists were friendly and helpful and welcoming.

Don't know what else you could want. Great people, pool and spa, and several places to eat close. Rooms are comfortable and the place is quite. I will stay there many more times. There is even a Wal Mart close for anything you need. I stay in over 120 rooms a year for the last nine years so I have a good feel for quality rooms.

We chose this hotel because it's conveniently located within a short drive to our daughter's family who live in Kingwood, TX. Every aspect of this facility is better than one might expect. The bed is quite comfortable. The shower has excellent water pressure. The room TV is a large widescreen LCD with a sharp picture, and numerous HBO channels. Internet access is quite easy and has a strong and reliable wireless signal. Breakfast is good has varied selections from one day to the next. The staff at this location exhibits service that is far above and beyond what one has a right to expect. Excellent, the rom was well priced and was clean. Location was exactly near all of our needs. I would stay here again in the future. I would like a little better breakfast choice, but this is the standard fare at any continental style hotel breakfast.

I really needed a place to stay since my home was being renovated. I was able to get away from the paint fumes and confusion at my home. The staff were very personable and made me feel welcome. The rooms were clean and check-in and check-out was very easy. I highly recommend Best Western.

Humble did not have one of the national chains we usually stay in but we have stayed at some really nice Best Western’s before and this one had a high rating on Trip Advisor and Yelp. The hotel looked and felt like it was new, actually 9 years old, no smells everything looked new and very clean. Our room was big, a/c was wonderful, big bathroom, and super clean. Beds very very comfy and we loved the pillows! They had a super cool pool with shade and nice chairs. Front desk people were very nice. The hotel is in a great location close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc. Good parking with lots of lights. Only thing that we think they should change is by new towels.

Excellent staff and management. clean room, food good, Manager, Yolanda was excellent and very personable. Parking easy, nice location off main road. After wedding rehearsal, we were provided a nice room for diner and gathering. Downside is that we had to set up and breakdown chairs and tables. The amenities such as TV and phone worked very well.

Fabulous time, lovely hotel, staff amazing. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet even on the floor. I felt like a quest of honor. I wish mt bathroom was a little larger. Stayed in the suite and you could use the walk in closet as a second bedroom for the children. It was huge.

This hotel in Humble, TX, is clean and comfortable. The personnel is friendly and helpful. I will stay there again if opportunity arises, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends/family. I stayed two nights and was very satisfied with my choice to stay here. I had made reservations in advance and indicated a particular preference of room type, The Monica (manager?) called me a day or so ahead of time to talk over a dilemma regarding my preference, and we worked out a quite nice compromise. Good stay, without any problems. Good breakfast, the standard american way. Pluss for "texas-shape" pancakes. As a BW member, got a "little treat" at check in. AC unit can be as noisy as almost any american hotel. Rooms otherwise quiet, even had room next to the elevator.

I stayed for a program for my son. Check in was very friendly all the amenities were amazing. I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Atascocita. I did not use them however the Hotel had Bar B Que grills by the pool. The breakfast was excellent. It was centrally located for everything I had planned for my trip.

The main reason we stayed here was because they allow pets. Our little chihuahua usually has to stay at home, so he was glad he got to go. The outside looks really nice, but the halls are small, so rooms are really close. Bathroom was tiny, and door had to be closed to use bathroom better. TV was decent a climate control was good. Kind of got sucked into 2 nights because front desk said it was the "busy" season. Breakfast was pretty good, can't complain about that. For the money, I would stay at the Holiday Inn Express down the road or the brand new Comfort Inn Suites also down the road. If you have pets, stay here, if not, do t.

I highly recommend this Best Western to anyone needing accommodations in the North Houston area. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is attractively decorated and the rooms very clean. This Houston, TX area hotel is high on my list of places to stay in the area. I stayed there with a group of high school students competing in a theater production. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, the rooms were clean and nicely decorated, and breakfast was hot and pretty good. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Among Best Western Plus Hotels, this would be on the lower end. The outside of the facility is well kept and clean. The lobby is very inviting and the staff is friendly. The laundry facilities consist of a washer and a dryer on the second floor. $2.00 per use and machines are very clean and efficient. The parking lot is well lit and secure. The beds are soft, the carpets (both hallways and rooms) are worn and could use a good steam cleaning. The climate control in the rooms is adequate, but extremely loud (you need to turn the TV up when the A/C kicks in). In our room, there was mold on the caulking in the bathtub area. We pulled up to the hotel after being on the road all night for a surprise baby shower. We didn't have a reservation but the staff was very accommodating to find us a room. We were very pleasantly surprised how clean the facilities were inside and out. The front desk helped us several times with directions. The free breakfast was delicious and offered lots of choices. Due to our short time frame we were unable to enjoy the pool or hot tub but they were also well maintained. The hotel is located close to town center with plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The key word here is comfortable but our hotel room was so much more. From the large screen TV to the super comfy beds, to the super clean bathroom to the large room, this is a great hotel. Its got nice extras like 4 pillows on each bed, a dock on the alarm radio for your iPod, great bed linen, and super nice staff. My only complaint would be the towels which seriously need to be replaced as they were rather thin. We stayed here for a little over a month after returning back stateside and looking for a home. We needed a hotel that allowed dogs and they do! They gave us a room on the first floor, which helped in taking our dog out. The staff was awesome and helpful! The young woman who takes care of the breakfast is so friendly! I wished I had asked her name because she always greeted me with "good morning" and a smile. The rooms were nice, comfortable and housekeeping was helpful in getting us extra things. I liked the location as well. It is close to the airport, restaurants and shopping.

This is a very nice and clean hotel. Good amenities with great full breakfast. Plenty of lunch/dinning/shopping places nearby. Twenty minutes to IAH airport. WIFI is little flaky at times. Pool is out in the open so during cold days you can't really use it.

I would recomend to anyone staying in the area. A lot of food options close by. A Kroger grogery store , CVS and Walgreens all near. So you can get just about anything you need within a few minutes.

My husband, our two small dogs and I visited this motel last month for my mother-in-law's 90th birthday. We didn't think twice about staying at BW plus in Atascocita as we had done so since the motel was built. We have always enjoyed our stay here until our last visit last month. Our stay was disrupted by a drunk wedding party both Friday and Saturday night (after 11 pm until the wee hours of the morning). We like others complained but nothing was done about the noise. Not even management cared about their other paying customers Not only were we treated like this but even after we complained they kept our pet deposit. I can't believe they did this it only added insult to injury. We never left the dogs alone either plus we weren't there except to sleep which didn't happen. …

I found this hotel very clean, very well laid out room floor plan, and the staff very helpful and very professional. I liked the type door lock that has the key card touch the lock to open the door, which is much better than the old ones where the key card is inserted into the lock. The breakfast was very well laid out, and one of the best I have ever enjoyed. The breakfast is full service, and the area is kept very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. If you do not want to stay in the heart of Houston, the Best Western Plus in Atascocita (Humble, Texas) is an affordable, clean and friendly hotel. Also, it is located near nice areas to shop and eat; especially along the shores of Lake Houston. I was in Texas on business, but during extended stays, I would ask the staff for their recommendations and their suggestions were always spot on.

Nice hotel, nice suites. However the closet was twice the size of the bathroom. Not good even for 1 person. Have to close the door to use vanity area. Also- Large roach crawling up wall.... Not good! Needs to exterminate and would be nice hotel if could get rid of the uninvited guests.

My wife and I visited friends nearby. We stayed at this hotel a few years ago for a visit. The hotel is kept in top condition. I will stay there again the next time we visit these friends. I felt safe here. Atascosita is mostly residential. There are all the normal stores and restaurants nearby. Making a left turn out of the parking lot may be a bit challenging.

Location about 20 km east of Houston International Airport is perfect, after arriving (or before departure). And remenber: Opposite Best Western you will find a fantastic italian restaurant "Hasta la Pasta".

I lived here two months. The staff is friendly and knowledgable of the area. Breakfast is decent, if repetitive. The bed is comfortable for a day and a half before the purchase of a mattress topper is recommended. The couch is painful. The hotel is nice and clean. If you ask about the long term rate, you will find that this is the best deal in the greater Houston area. Great pet policy.

Stayed for a wedding in Houston. Lobby was our family meeting place. Watched World Cup in the lobby with small group. Efficient use of space for lobby/continental breakfast area. Breakfast was well done - great variety of food and drink. Beautiful exterior - pool just a few steps from front lobby. Don't expect to swim laps - it's great for cooling off, meeting family. Conveniently located from groceries, restaurants. Houston is HOT - so Fan/AC in room drowns out any noise from hallway. Beds were super comfortable - plenty of pillows. We were pleased with accomodations and able to enjoy ourselves.

There for business conference, only had 1 hour for lunch break. During that time you spend most of it trying to find the opportunity to get out of the parking lot. One entrance/exit point onto a busy highway near a light but not at the light, makes for busy section to try to get into. Hot breakfast was not a hi-light for me at this hotel.

The staff at this BW go out of their way to help you. The breakfast was the usual for BW but it was a little better than most. The only problem we had was the handicap room. We had my 88 year old father in law with us and the bath tub was to high to get him in. Most handicap rooms have a walk in shower which is very easy for him. Again everything else was great and I hate to complain about this because we usually don't stay in the handicap rooms. Would I stay here again? YES

I especially like the gazebo in front of the building. The outdoor pool & Jacuzzi although small were just as neat and clean as the rest of the facility. Had to make reservations for out of town guests for a wedding on Memorial Day weekend. The staff made this job for the mother of the groom very easy! They knew what to do to make it all work out, and even made it easy to add extra days and rooms at the last minute. Rooms and food were excellent! Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone.

Good places to stay. Staff in both places were very accommodating. Both provided an adequate breakfast meal to get you on the road. Requiring 200 characters minimum for a review is really dumb. Most of us were trained to express evaluations in minimum words. The objective was readable writing with evaluations that could be understood in the minimum of time and effort.

Very nice hotel, well furnished and comfortable. They do need to revamp their gravy recipe for those of us who love biscuits and gravy. Did not use the pool, but looked clean. Computer is available to print boarding passes and user friendly. Key cards work easily the first time. Little children are safe in the hotel as their are no corners or edges on furniture to worry about. Beds are cushy with lots of pillows. I enjoyed the work out room, small. but the equipment is in good order.

Nice hotel - easy access to Atascosita, Humble, Huffman Well kept, nice staff, ok food, but other places to eat nearby Not the best site plan for parking or getting in or out of the property. Would stay here again. No smoking allowed on property.

Loved the room and all of the amenities. Room was very nice and clean upon arrival. The bed was a little too firm for us, but the friendliness of the staff made up for that. We will be staying here again!

Friendly staff, great service, and rooms. I'm coming back in may for another 2 weeks, while my house is finished!!!!! The hotel is located close to everything. You're close to Humble Texas, Atascocita, and the Kingwood area.

Great service, food, and I got a great nights sleep in the bed. It was comfortable and the room was clean. Being close to the highway was unnoticeable once inside the hotel. The lobby has a grand staircase and is very tastefully decorated. It reminded me of a nice bed and breakfast. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. The lotion and shampoo are name brands that I usually buy at the store for myself.

We stayed here in 2010, 2012 and again i 2014. It is perfect for us, when we from Denmark arrive to Houston Airport for family-visit in Texas. This Best Western is located about 20 km east of the airport. The service is very friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The beds are good. The breakfast has all, what you want. OBS: Opposite Best Western you will find a fantastic Italian restaurant: "Hasta La Pasta"

excellent hotel near tour 18--they made the day even better-they allowed us to check in early so my wife could change---chek out was easy--great way to finish a day of golf-if you plan on staying near the airport or north houston this place is great--we will be back for another golf trip in this area and we know where we will be staying

You can't beat this hotel if you are planning to stay in the Humble/Atascocita area for overall value for price paid. It compare favorably with any Marriott Courtyard at a much more competitive rate. The staff is wonderful.

The team here at Best Western Plus in Atasocita is outstanding. My company has had us staying here four days a week for the last five months. During that time the Best Western team has gone above and beyond to ensure that our experience was nothing less than exceptional. Yolanda's smiling face each morning and Amanda's kind interactions each night are something I look forward to seeing each week. The rooms are always clean. The weight room is clean and sufficient for weight training and cardio workouts. The hotel upkeep is good and breakfast is a large spread that they are always looking to change up and add too. There is nothing I don't like or appreciate about the people or my experiences here. The staff has become like family to my coworkers and I as that's what they've chosen to treat us like- family. They are willing to offer suggestions on restaurants to eat at, have provided us a snack and water at each check in, and have been gracious enough to even store luggage for our team when needed. No request is too big and they serve with kindness a high standard of customer service. Best western as a brand is well represented by this location!

I was on a business trip and I booked two rooms. When we arrived the front desk lady told me that someone had faxed over a cancellation and they only had one room and they were booked up and there was nothing I could do. I showed her my confirmation and it didn't matter. I asked her to show me proof it had been cancelled and she basically shuffled papers and could never produce this fax showing any kind of cancellation. We had to go 30 miles away to a different hotel and pay double the cost. She was rude and didn't even apologize. I have called the manager twice and he won't talk to me. I would rather sleep outside then stay at this poorly run motel.

The room and the hotel was very clean. Complimentary full breakfast was very good and the coffee was strong enough for us -- we dislike weak coffee. The desk clerks always had a nice smile and hello when we passed the desk and they inquired if all was well or if there was anything they could do to make the stay better. We asked for a quiet room and they found us one. We were here for 5 days and will definately stay here again. We didn't know they had a really nice exercise room and will have the proper clothes next time so that we can use it. It is within reasonable distance to Bush Intercontinental Airport.

I have stayed at this location several times and have never beed disappointed yet ! They always try their best to accommadate my needs and remember me by name , which is always very nice ! I will continue to visit them in the future .

Was here for business, great location for all types of restaurants. The hotel is nice and clean. Great breakfast. Staff is awesome.The rooms are great for the rate. The front desk staff were very accommodating.

This was a very good experience. I would recommend this hotel to future patrons. We hope to stay there again as we have family in the Houston area. The outside and inside appearance attracted us immediately. The service was friendly. The breakfast was average but was enough to get us started for the day.

Great place to stay, We felt safe and the hotel was very clean and helpful. The hotel was close to where we needed to go and there were tons of stores and restaurants in the area. Lots of things to do.

Hotel was old and in need of a renovation. The room I was staying in had not been cleaned very well and it had cracks in the walls and the floor had pits in the tile. The bathroom had pubic hair on the floor and the room needed to be vacumed.The eggs at breakfast had a weird taste to them but the sausage and bisquits were ok.

Nice hotel, nice staff, nice weight training room. Would've giving it 5 stars but when the house keeper made our bed she just put the blankets back without removing the cookie crumbs my 2 year old left, so I did it for her. Other than that, breakfast was cool, rooms smelled good, not musty. I would recommend and i wouldn't mind staying there again. :)
