Love that this was right infront of walmart and close to a lot of food spots. Stayed for 2 weeks with my kids and we all did fine. House keepers very friendly to us. Beds were pretty comfortable.

Meh. It was okay. The AC didn't work in our room, but they were able to move us to a room that had a working ac.

It's disappointing that they're continental breakfast ends at 9:00 a.m.

The best place to stay in the Angleton/Lake Jackson area. It was clean, easy to access, next to a Walmart, and across the street from a Kroger. They have a breakfast bar & the room had a frig, coffee pot, microwave, and TV. The shower and bed were clean, which is top on my list.

Never disappoints when I stay!! Full fresh breakfast every morning, clean pool, house keeping every morning and wonderful staff. Ladies at the front are amazing!! I love that Walmart is right next door and food places aren’t far from this location. Nice beds as well. Will be coming back !

Roaches were the welcome for us. Ok just one but sure his friends will morn him. We checked in because of close to friends house and cool off in the pool. POOL closed and green as the Grinch. Told us would be cleared in a hour or so. Nope Staff was nice thought when I over flow the coffee machine.

Would recommend! We stayed here for a week or so.  Everything was clean. They use bleach on the rooms the linens and towels which I like. Right next to a Wal-Mart, which comes in handy.Staff was friendly.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by super friendly staff upon check in. I asked about being located close to my daughter in law's room and they were very accommodating. The rooms were super clean and had working amenities. Towels were fresh and soft and the shower and sinks worked perfectly.

This hotel sits next to a beautiful field that offers an amazing sunrise and sunset as well. The hotel is so conveniently located next to several stores and eating places like Walmart, Dollar Tree, Wendy's and so on.

The pool is open till 10pm and kept us entertained for sure. With any hotel, there tends to be noisy guests but for the most part, the large family that occupied the rooms next to me and my daughter in law were curtious and respectful.

Overall a very good choice when visiting Angelton and the price was great. I definitely will be back next time I am Angelton.

The whole experience was great! The girl at the front desk was really nice and funny! Breakfast was good! The kids were able to swim. The lights at night in the pool was a nice touch! I’ll be staying here again.

Staff was great. Handicap room was created from a regular room. The “creator “ knew nothing about handicap needs. The threshold of the room is very difficult for a powered wheelchair, impossible for a manual chair. The shower is a joke. The shower is very large. The bars to aid in standing are at one end of the shower and the water is at the other. So, good hotel for non-handicapped, not good for handicapped.

This Hotel has big clean rooms, comfortable beds, decent breakfast, its updated and not falling apart, ok wifi. It's a pretty decent stay for the price. The management is very accommodating and helpful if things aren't to your liking. I'd stay here again and recommend others to stay here as well. The only issue i had is my room phone wasn't working. Who cares about a room phone right. That's it. Keep up the great work people. Y'all are great. Especially the girl working the front desk yesterday afternoon. Other hotels should come take notes.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It was very clean, standard buffet, the cold food options were good and I like that the breads were individually wrapped. The pool area was very inviting to sit and relax. The grounds were immaculate. The room was good - there older but it was very clean and they had updated. For a hotel in this rating it was excellent. It was an ok hotel. Better than some of the others in the area. Beds were super comfortable, but the smell of the room was very off putting. Breakfast was ok but Very minimal. Very clean otherwise. The ladies at the desk were amazing though. So helpful and sweet.

We booked two rooms. When we arrived we asked to have rooms next to each other. The person at the front desk was short and rude and said NO! Our hotel is fully booked. Ok, cool we said. No big deal, we tried, thank you. We enter Our room and it smelled like rotten sour milk so bad that we asked to be moved in a fully booked hotel. The person at the front desk tell me to come get a new key and if that room smells bad to let them know. The room they moved us to smelled like cat piss and just so happened to be right next door to our other booked room in the fully booked hotel. The coffee pot in our room the next morning was filthy. I do not suggest anyone stay here. They know their rooms STINK and have done nothing to make it better. Dear brandikristine, Your review and rating of our hotel mean a lot to us, and we thank you for taking the time to share this experience. We want to apologize for the unwanted smell and the cleanliness issues and to assure you that this inconvenience has been addressed. I am also displeased to hear that anyone was treated in a rude or unprofessional manner at this property. Ladies at desk were always 5 star!!
Beds were good! Pool was great! Of the 3 mornings I was here, breakfast was pretty good, "however" if you like eggs please get breakfast by 6:30, because by 8:00 the hot eggs are not replaced. All 3 mornings I was in breakfast room, I never recall seeing anyone behind the desk. Receptionist are conveniently unavailable. There are hot waffles if that suits your pallet! Really enjoyed the master suite!

Gave us a room that smelled like cigarettes even after I told them my son could not be in a room that smelled like that. I went and told lady up front and gave me something to spray room and told me to take it back before 10. We woke up with throat hurting and coughing could sleep well because of smell and they didn't seem to care. Easy check in. I needed to check in early and there was no problem doing so. Room was clean, and the AC was already on for me. Spacious room, and the pool was open, and next to a Walmart. Was very quiet and peaceful. Staff supplied me with extra blanket and towels and pillows . Staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast there was delicious as well. I walked around the pool area and it was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The jacuzzi wasn’t functional. The room was clean. They had a lot of issues with the satellite. Watch your hand on the handrail towards the back set of stairs. The rail at the bottom is rusted and sharp.

I got the king suite this morning (no smoking) and as soon as I walk in, there was an ashtray and the room reeked like wet cigarettes and the blankets smelled the same way. When I went to the restroom in the middle of the night, there was a roach crawling on the wall and none of the grout or fixtures were done correctly. I went to grab breakfast in the morning and got spoiled cream cheese and milk. Definitely not a good experience.

Love the upgrade! Bed was very comfortable! Very nice room. Everything has been upgraded even down to the soaps, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Very close to MSR track. And very close to Walmart and several restaurants. We always go to Chilies for dinner when in Angleton. Very clean rooms. Well kept grounds. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Pet friendly! Ran out of coffee a couple days at breakfast and had to flag someone down and the juice machine was out of order. Staff was great, but room was horrible. Smells, sink broken, air noisy, toilet slow to flush, decoration do not match website photos. No comforter on bed, just sheets. Bare pull out sofa. Room full of noisy drug heads next door. Packed my family up within an hour and found better accommodations down the road. Unless there is a full refurbishment of this property I would recommend it be sold. Our was mostly worK. We occupied about 3/4 rooms for our workers and ourselves. The stay was very pleasant and the customer service Odilia Alvarado gave us was excellent. An aged hotel property that has had a tremendous facelift and all the rooms I have stayed in in the last year have had their own upgrades in the bath, floors, walls, etc. Very comfortable bed, with large TV, nice new tile floors and carpets, all the standard amenities along with nice bath linens, only drawback for me was a fridge with NO freezer. I really like to have a freezer to re-freeze my ice paksfor my ice chest that travels with me. Angle on in to Angleton for a nice place to stay! Staff was ok. Room needed a lot of work and looked unfinished. Lobby cluttered and unwelcoming. Exterior of the building had a lot of trash and building supplies. I would think even during a renovation you could keep the property looking decent. Simple clean hotel. Like that you can park your car right out front. Very affordable. Check in was easy and staff was nice. Pool and complimentary continental breakfast. A lot of fast food restaurants close by and it's walking distance to a WalMart if you need to buy anything.

I was visiting family due to death and needed somewhere close to stay. For the most part, the hotel was average - price was decent, breakfast was good, staff was friendly. It's a motel. It's a decent motel. It might be a deluxe motel for Angleton, Texas. If I have any advice for you, it is this: NEVER GO TO ANGLETON, TEXAS. Problem solved. Okay, a detail or two. Breakfast is okay if you get there early. AC is fine if you don't like it cool when you sleep. Bed was okay. There was hot water with decent pressure. Wi-fi was present, but don't plan on streaming much. TV had HBO. Ice was available. Vending machines were empty. It's a place where many oilfield workers stay. The ones I met were great folks, but at 6 AM, they were noisy. Is that on the BW? Kinda! The doors to the room were "sticky." Hard to open and hard to close. That's why the slamming of the doors before the crack of dawn was so annoying. Bring earplugs and/or noise-canceling headphones… On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future. I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience.

I travel a lot, and after several less than ideal stays with Best Western’s in the past I had sort of given up on them. But, within the last month I’ve stayed at two different BW’s in Texas and have been extremely pleased. Both were recently updated, modern, beds were cozy, room smelled fresh and outside areas were well-maintained and the extracurricular activities in the parking lots were at a minimum. To top it all off, rates were in the mid-range, breakfast had a lot to choose from and the food area was well-maintained, they have late checkout at noon, and staff were welcoming and didn’t appear annoyed at having to do their job. All top-notch. I Will definitely target BW’s now wherever my travels take me. WOW! We could not have expected a more perfect review. I greatly appreciate the compliments to the staff and hotel. It is truly our pleasure to exceed Guest expectations and we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us. We look forward to Welcoming you back on your next trip to the area. #BWSmiles!

Best Western Angleton has been refreshed and upgraded since the first time I stopped in. All the expected amenities in the establishment, Nice large TV, good bath linens, new bath fixtures, and tile flooring in bath nice fridge WITH a freezer! Comfy bed and staff responded well to my request for a ground floor room. Room style is dated but cozy comfy. Reasonable rate at this time of year, that was nice! Good location for coastal visits, or exploring the coastal plain ranching area, and a jaunt to the city of HOUSTON without having to stay the night there. I liked it. You should too! Thank you for your review of the Best Western - Angleton Inn. We enjoy hearing that our guests have enjoyed their stay so much that they will come and visit us again. Room reservation for 2 queens was messed up but was corrected. Outside was noisy as there were a lot of oil industry workers staying there. Breakfast from 6 to 9 am was bland and completely wiped out by the workers with little left for late-comers. Rooms were clean but hotel was over-priced and not worth it. Thank you for this feedback. The room was clean and worked for our needs. We had two vehicles instead of the usual one that gets declared during check-in and the hotel was accommodating with this unusual request. The hotel is right next to Walmart. This made for an economical dinner without having to drive or walk long distances. The front desk clerk was efficient and polite. We'd stay here again. Hotel was clean and convenient. Prices were reasonable considering hotel rooms were not in abundance in the area. Dining choices are also limited unless you're ok with fast food choices. This is a difficult review.  I booked a room on "getaroom.com" on my iphone not realizing it was a smoking room and I arrived very early cause I needed to prep for an important video interview.   The front check did offer me another room but there's no elevator and o would have to drag my suitcase up two flights of stairs so I declined.  I tipped the front desk for the early check in and got started   The room was gagging of cigarette odor I used a can and a half of febreeze didn't work. So I went to the store bought carpet cleaner and applied it to the drapes and carpets then used a towel to pick up the foam and guess what the carpet was disgustingly filthy.   Then within the hour my credit card co called me and reported my card was compromised the very one I have to the front desk. So now I'm pissed.   My Amex card was now disabled. Lamp shades had stains on them that looked like blood I would have changed my hotel however it was non refundable. I could have stayed at the luxurious Omni for a few $$ more.  Never again BW!   I feel like I need a penicillin shot after this experience.

Price difference between La Quinta $139 and Best Western $95 was probably because Best Western is further in town, but easy enough to find, certainly for the price difference. Room was clean and presented well. Refrig, micro, King, desk and table. Had actual waffle maker which worked smoothly . Would stay there again. We had a family reunion in Angleton, TX on March 3rd. There were 7 rooms booked at this hotel for our out of town guests. I personally paid for 3 of them. One of the rooms that I paid for the TV did not work. When the front desk was called it was stated that the owners were out of town and nothing could be done. An hour later they wanted to come to the room (almost midnight) to look at the TV. No thanks. The room I stayed in had a mold/musty smell that never went away for the 2 days I was there. The floors were not vacuumed for the 2 days I was there. The bed was so hard I think the floor might have been softer. Never again at this Best Western. The desk clerk was very sarcastic at checkin when there was an incorrect name on the bill. Additionally the room had trash in the trash can and floor had not been vacuumed from prior guest. Very nice room we were in. Beds were clean and super comfort. The restroom was clean as well which is a huge plus. The place was so quiet and relaxing. Very close to food and next to a Walmart in case you forgot something. Nice and respectful receptionist. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Odd/musty smell - had to go buy a candle. Needs better door locks. Changed rooms after spider crawled out on pillow- looked like brown recluse! Door bolt broken in that room. Front desk personnel not very friendly. Good Breakfast - pretty good variety. Located next to Walmart which is handy! Comfy bed. Didnt use the pool but it looked nice. Bugs and door seals are simple fixes so is room odor though we didn’t encounter that. Bugs and the door were seen on multiple sites I reviewed for this site from a month plus ago stay reviews. Well, I'm afraid TripAdvisor reviews may have led me astray on this one. I picked this hotel based on the highest number of ratings and the rating. I'm afraid both were wrong. My room smelled horribly moldy and musty like it had been flooded, but it was not according to locals. It was 40 degrees my entire stay, but I kept the AC on at 70 the whole time to keep the smell down. The room was pretty dirty overall. If I had my family with me, I would have left. Since I was on business, I powered through. All corners has dirt in them. There was, *ahem* hair in the tub and on the toilet seat. I could see where the previous tenants had left their hand soap on the sink/counter. There was what appeared to be blood stains on the curtains and lamp shade?!?! The dead bolt latch… First and foremost, thank you for choosing our hotel for your recent stay. Please accept our apologies for the frustrations you experienced. These issues are not normal, nor are they acceptable at our hotel. Your comments and concerns have been addressed with the team. We appreciate knowing how we can improve, and we will. We do hope you will consider being our guest when you return to Angleton.

I actually meant to book my stay at the BW-Clute location, but it wasn’t a big deal. When I tried booking online, the standard single king room I wanted was not available. I had to book a standard double queen room - after checking in and making my way to my room, I noticed I’d been unexpectedly upgraded to a single king suite, and not charged extra for it. I was really grateful and surprised. The room was fantastic, as well as the staff, and we really loved that they welcomed our (housebroken) dogs for a very small fee. The title says it all. The wifi here never works. I've spent more than two months at this hotel off and on over the last 4 months and each time its the same issue. The wifi signal is weak, constantly drops signal or isn't strong enough to load web pages. Since I stay here for business, this is a big issue. Oh, and the breakfast is just sad. BW Angleton is a well upgraded property with all the amenities you would expect with a pool and no fitness room ( at least I was not aware of one) outside of the room, but inside you have a remodeled bath with nice upgrades, good linens, comfy bed, TV with several premium channels, (and they all work, unlike Dilley, TX with one) Fridge w/freezer, microwave, all that you need in the room like coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and board, plenty of lighting etc. Only problem I saw was that this location charged a premium price for the type of property, I stay at BW Plus locations with better rates and more to offer. Otherwise it will be what is decided by mgmt. anyway. Nothing wrong with the property and the facilities there. Convenient and comfortable and as a bonus, Wal-mart is next… Thank you so very kindly for the raving review! We pride ourselves in providing the best accommodations in Brazoria County. Not many hotels in this town but we were satisfied with BW. It was clean and comfortable and had a great breakfast! Waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, cereal, pastries and things to toast. Best Western had a great breakfast selection with a variety of fruit, including the easy to peel mandarin oranges. The sink area in our room was dark which made make up application difficult. It was also a bit crowded in that area since the rack for clothes hung there. The room was basically clean and the bed was comfortable. It was helpful to have the freezer for our ice pack. When I made our reservation it was $85 AARP Our stay was extended and the price had gone to $98 AARP so we did not opt to stay there but went to Galveston instead. We did not use it but there was a nice pool area with a waterfall There was good water pressure, the room was quiet, and there was a desk as well as a table. April 17,2017 6 people in our group, 3 rooms. 1st night of an 8 night work trip, everyone woke with bed bug bites and a couple people actually saw bed bugs. Told front desk on our way out that morning early to work. Mid day I called them and they said that housekeeping did find bed bugs in all our rooms but only on the top sheets and so they did a deep cleaning and the rooms didn't have bed bugs now and were fine to sleep our group or any guest.  I explained that is not how bed bugs work. They spread quickly and hide effectively and it takes professional pest control to treat them. They are classified as a public health nuisance according to Texas Health Code and there are strict health code guidelines you have to follow to rid a hotel of bed bugs. The front desk staff (Brian) and general manager (Dippy Patel or DP) seemed completely unaware of the process that must be followed once they are notified of a bed bug complaint. Both of them assured me that housekeeping did a deep cleaning and that was sufficient. We checked out and they did refund us the previous nights charges. But we had to pay for laundry services and professional pest control to deal with all 6 of our belongings (to insure we ourselves didn't transfer bed bugs from Best Western to the next hotel we moved to or our homes afterward) as well as replacement items we had to use for work but couldn't use while they were being treated for 3 days by pesticides. Please don't stay here until this company has had professional bed bug pest control services and health code approval of that working, don't risk it, these people don't know how to deal with bed bugs and don't seem to mind

Lately I have not stayed at Best Westerns but this one looked like the best choice for the area I was in. It's an older hotel and they are trying to remodel so it's under some construction. Later st dusk when checking in they were not very lit up as far as lighting goes so it was hard to tell if they were even open at first. The room they gave me was adequate but it still had a funky smell to it. The bed was not as comfortable as I like so I woke up to often and to early. There have Ben nicer BW's I've stayed at. I read all of them and take them very seriously both critical comments as well as those that had a pleasant experience. The Best Western in Angleton is a great choice if you are in the area. Clean rooms, and a good complimentary breakfast make it a fine place to stay. The only complaint would be the square bed pillows, which look good in the decor, but are not as practical for sleeping. Thank you for the review! Hotel staf was rude and in accommodatingi moved hotels 2 days into my stay because of this, The Hotel is under construction and they need to update there grounds ice machine upstairs does not work laundry facility outside and not that great either they need to update seriously! NO hot water Bugs Broken fixtures NO crib as advertised This was a terrible experience all around. We went for the holidays. We had no hot water the entire visit. Spider and roaches in the bathroom. Toilet paper dispenser fell out of the wall when we tried to use it. Website claimed they had cribs upon request, they did not have one on the property. The ongoing renovations are nice but with barely warm water, this stay was not great. Call them about the hot water before you book here. And stay away from the 2nd floor on the back of the motel. The walkway railing there is gone and they've piled construction material to make it even more dangerous. The bed was super comfortable and the TV was huge. But the lack of hot water was also huge. Thank you for sharing your overall experience with us. We truly apologize that your stay didn't meet your expectations and wish you would have shared with us while visiting to give the staff the opportunity to Make It Right.

Good service, staff helpful, they are working on upgrading the hotel at the Angleton location. I have never went to the front desk with an inquiry that they weren't able to help me. In Dallas the manager went out of her way to tell me about several nearby attractions she thought my granddaughters might like to attend. (they are 15 and 10). Then she went into detail about a bus line that ran near by that saved me a fortune in parking. She made a recommendation for the Perot Museum which I had not even hear do before. It turned out to be the best experience we have had at any of the museums we have seen. They always have coffee on hand and their breakfast is OK. Thank you for your review. They are in the mist of remodeling the hotel, it has fresh paint, new landscaping, our room had new bathroom fixtures and tile. Hotel was pleasant, rooms were clean, all was mostly good. Some minor irritations, wi-fi iffy and needed to be reconnected frequently, room needed to have electric sockets replaced (plugs wouldn't stay plugged in). Breakfast items should have been refilled more frequently, but breakfast was good nonetheless. Do not agree with $20 pet fee. We had a good time at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. The breakfast was good, but reduced. The pool was very clean. The room was clean but we felt some humidity in there. ...for what it is. A small, reasonably priced, motel on the main drag in a small town off the beaten path. Nice, clean, and comfortable with everything in good working order and repair. Nice, shaded, but small, pool area. Angleton really isn't on the way to anything (ok, it's between Houston and Freeport, but that's a day trip) and it isn't on an Interstate with tons of traffic. Most of the parking spaces were occupied by construction and oilpatch pickups. There's a WalMart next door. Snicker if you will, but that's a convenient catchall for a traveller. Also a selection of eateries, chains and local, stretch up and down Business 288. Pro Tip: Grab a beer or two and catch an amazing Texas sunset over the pretty prairie pasture out back of the motel. Located right next to a Wal Mart which came in very handy this trip. The staff was wonderful. The room was better than expected. I asked for a smoking room and was amazed to go in and it not smell like an empty ashtray. I will make sure that I stay at this hotel the next trip I make. Thank you for the five star rating. I have always stayed at this hotel when in the Lake Jackson/Freeport area. The staff has always been very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I stay at the hotel while in the area on business and find the location extremely to get to and from my work location. Room was EXTREMELY musty smelling. The owner or someone connected to the hotel had a large family event - playing children in the parking lot, cars parked along the curbs. When we got there the room smelled so bad we left the door open for some fresh air and two men from this family group came upstairs, opened the room next to ours and walked back and forth in front of our door drinking their beer or cider or whatever it was. This may seem typical behavior - if they were guests - they were not - and it annoyed me that they would act this way. I was travelling for business with an associate, we are both female, so I really did not appreciate this behavior.. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable, however, NO WIFI AS ADVERTISED. In today's world of electronics, WIFI is essential for the guests. WE HAD A NICE TIME. I feel that what help was that a breakfast they provide sugar free syrup..as diabetic that important.Pool was clean, they lights did not come on at first but we told them and they address it. It was nice and quite even though it was spring break...I was traveling with grandbabies and went to the beach. It is only 15 milies away but its straight shot. We thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our property. We certainly welcome all comments because we use it as a means to improve our service. The room itself was fine - beds were comfortable. Shower was fine. Decent hot breakfast. But the room smelled like smoke and it was supposed to be a non smoking room. It had the little non smoking plaque and all. Same for other family members rooms in other parts of the hotel. They all smelled bad so I didn't feel changing rooms would help. We sprayed and aired out as best we could, but as soon as the room was closed back up it smelled bad and definitely bothered our allergies. I wish we would have spent the extra and stayed at the la quinta. Thank you for taking a moment to provide us with feedback from your stay. My wife and I stayed here for 3 days. The place is easy to find, right off of 288. The check-in was easy, the folks are all nice. The room is spacious - plenty of room in a standard King room. There is a work table and a separate table with chairs for eating or just sitting. Bed was comfortable. The TV has a ton of channels and works perfectly. There is also a nice refrigerator and microwave in the room. Everything was clean, all the lights worked, etc. The only drawback here is no elevator. Breakfast was very good. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, muffins and sausage biscuits. Juice, milk and coffee. It was quite a surprise and welcome. Would stay here again in a New York minute. Thank you for the time taken to write this great review of your stay with our property. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed the complimentary food options, room space and location. We decided to stay in Best Western because it was the best rated hotel in town, although it's a small town. But it's well deserved. The check in process was very easy and the gentleman working the front desk was friendly. He told me everything I needed to know and where's the best place to park. It's an outdoor hotel, meaning you don't go inside the hotel to get to your room, and while I usually don't feel comfortable with those type of hotels, this was an exception. The room was very nice and clean. You could smell it had just been cleaned that day (which I loved). The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. I was pleasantly surprised. For $85 a night my room was spacious, king-sized bed, clean, well kept up. Room had a fridge and coffee. Bed was comfy, everything in the room worked, staff was friendly.. Not great, but not awful either. A perfectly acceptable overnight stop. My room (a double) was clean and spacious but the air conditioning unit was noisy. The bed was comfortable and there was a reasonable choice for breakfast, although not as extensive as offered by comparable European establishments. No reason not to use. They hike the rates up during Angleton market days but the rooms are nice and feel safe. Wal-Mart is practically walking distance in case you forget stuff. Microwave, big mini fridge, nice pool, and decent to good breakfast with great hours of 6 to 9 even on weekends. The staff is friendly too. If the price was better I would stay again. Its a lot more economical to drive 5 to 10 more minutes to save 50 dollars. On behalf of the entire team I would like to thank you for your feedback! Stayed at this facility on a recent business trip. Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Outside noise was minimal despite being right off the "main drag" in Angleton. Several restaurants nearby that were good. The breakfast was good and had fresh fruit and an assortment of other offerings. While I didn't try the pool, it looked clean. Staff helped me get signed up on the rewards program-it was painless. Thank you for providing such detailed feedback on your great stay with us. I was here on an overnight trip for work. I stay here often. It is located near a few places to eat. Will definitely stay here again. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast items are usually out early for those that need to leave for work. We have our own company and are frequently on call. So we come and staycation at this hotel . We come for the pool. The pool area is always clean and pool is well maintained. There are very nice restaurants close by. The staff even found my pool floats and stored them until we got back from a call. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The pillows were not of good quality. Room was very clean, tv was nice, there was a table and 2 chair to eat in the room which was very convenice, a study table, fridge & microwave which we loved. Enjoyed the room very much. The hotel was very close to Wal-Mart and different restraunts. Very nice room. Breakfast was very good and plenty to eat. All good at this hotel! Will stay again if the opportunity arises. Room had everything we needed and was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Pull out sofa sleeper left a little to be desired. We had to stay in Angleton to attend a funeral, and based on the reviews, we decided to stay here. For the price, I had higher expectations. Staff was pleasant and check-in was easy. I was provided with a WiFi password but was never able to connect. Ended up with a smoking room because there wasn't anything else available. It smelled like a smoking room. No surprise there. The room was dated. The large dark green whirlpool tub in the room was a surprise. Not my thing, but it may appeal to some. The room was small but functional, everything appeared clean, but the carpet was old and probably the cause of the lingering smell of smoke. For the area, I think we made the best choice in hotels, but I would probably stay in a newer hotel in the Brazos area if I ever need to… Thank you for sharing your great experience with others and for recognizing our team for the service they provided you during your stay with us. Our room was updated and clean,the bed was comfortable, the staff was wonderful, the food and the pool were great but the air conditioner was so noisy that it interrupted our sleep. It could be that we are just not used to the noise from a wall unit but we experienced a very sleepless night.We were also able to hear conversations of people walking on the sidewalk outside our door. Please accept my apologies for the challenges you had during your recent stay with us. We obviously should have done more to quiet the other guests near you so you could have enjoyed your stay with us.Please know that we will use your feedback to make improvements in the way situations like this are handled in the future. The property is a little old, but we-maintained and well-furnished. I only dealt with two people. The check in clerk was helpful and ensured that I knew how to get to my room, when breakfast was served, and how to log on to the wireless. At check out the clerk was efficient even while stacking the breakfast bar. The place was clean with a comfortable bed. It had doors facing the outside, rather than an inner hallway. Parking was free. Thank you for staying with us and for your review. We look forward to your return.

I've never given a bad review before, but this place deserves it. Mildew on the wall in the bathroom, gross sticky film on the carpet, my son got bed bugs from their couch, lumpy pillows, loud party outside my window all night, poor communication at front desk, and the manager never called me to resolve these problems. I wrote them a letter online asking for a full refund and all I got was a generic email back saying sorry. I called customer service and no one answered plus there was no way to leave a voice message. I've stayed at many hotels this year and this was BY FAR THE WORST!

Houston was having terrible storms and the staff assured me of the safety of the facilities. The swimming pool was beautiful. It has a waterfall and fresh plants all around. The room was fine. Clean, comfortable, right location. Staff was pleasant. Only small issue, every morning the coffee pots were empty and it was hard to find anyone to address the problem. The demand must be high for the price to be what it is. It is an older property with a good remodel. I would stay there again, probably will next week. A nice welcome and a comfortable room. Short walk over the grass to get to Walmart which was very handy. The Front Desk staff need to be able to handle the phone and checking people in/speaking to guests etc at the same time. I was waiting for a phone call and had gone down to reception as was getting concerned and the phone was ringing off the hook as the receptionist was sorting something else out and totally ignoring the phone. It did turn out that it was my call and luckily I was there and intercepted it.Breakfast was good. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. The hotel is nice from the exterior and the interior. Nothing to fancy, but not shabby. The mattress is kind of hard, not very comfortable. On the other hand, the service at this place is horrible. I made my reservation via telephone. I was given a confirmation number after an exchange of credit card information. However, when I went to check in the employee told me that I did not have a room. I repeated my confirmation number to her and she told me it did not mean anything. This was a first for me and it shall be a last. Thank you for taking the time to review our property/business. We truly value the opinions of our customers and we apologize that we did not meet your expectations. In order to take proper actions on the reservation issue, I have mentioned this concern to my staff. I assure you that we are taking the right steps to avoid this problem.

They NEED to give a Better Training for the employees on Front Desk and I Highly Recommend better maintenance on the carpets of the rooms the carpets of the room have a awful smell and they are sticky this is Very Gross. I don't think the Employees of the Front Desk of the Best Western Hotel Advise the New arrivals like a friendly remainder that they have other guess resting if they could be Gentle and Try Not to make Noise at there arrival to there room. We would like to first and foremost thank you for your most recent stay with us. I would like to apologize for any issues you experienced with the carpet. We do have the carpets steam cleaned scheduled routinely but it sounds as if your stay may have been towards the end of this cycle. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable room this is it and it's hard to beat for $80 a night. stayed there 5 days visiting our niece. Clean, excellent breakfast, nice people at desk 24/7. Conveniently on main road Texas 288. Flexible in room making in the morning sometimes we slept late (after 10) and they made up room anyway later. Best western is a must !! First time I stayed there was a rat in the room second time no internet because password got changed and only the owners had it. This is not my first choice to stay but my only choice would choose another motel. I tried to price match with the La Quinta in town since Best Western is half the price, and the LQ is closer to the family we were visiting. Not only LQ not lower their price, but BW had a higher rating. I'm really glad we chose the Best Western. It was extremely clean and easier to get in and out of than I expected. Having planned to camp on Galveston Island before it stared to rain we were glad to find the BW. The room was clean and spacious with the normal TV, refrigerator and such. The bed was a bit hard as others have noted but beats a wet camping night. Over all an average stay for the money. I would offer one word of caution however. Check the expiration dates on any yogurt you may want at the breakfast. When I needed a room at 2 in the morning, Melody was able to help. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Stayed in a smoking room, but it didn't stink. Shower had good water pressure. I have stayed at numerous Best Western hotels and I have always been very satisfied, however my experience at this hotel in Angelton, Texas was a disappointment. My main complaint was the severe mold smell in the room. I now realize I should have requested another room, but I had hoped with the airconditioning running constantly all night that the mold and high humidity would have diminished, but it only got worse. My husband and I hardly slept. The sheets even felt wet. The room was nicely decorated and the breakfast was good. The staff were very nice too. This experience will not keep me from staying at a Best Western in the future, but I certainly will not stay at this hotel again. I have family in the area and I will seek accomodations at another hotel chain. First of all, we would like to apologize for your recent guest experience at our hotel. Frankly speaking we are taken aback by some of the issues you have mentioned. Our rooms are inspected everyday by housekeeping staff to ensure that everything in the rooms are functional for our guests upon check-in. On some rare occasions if an issue does arise during the guests stay, we do have a maintenance staff member on duty 24 hours a day to resolve any issue in a timely manner once reported to our front office staff. We are truly sorry that you did not experience the same level of satisfaction that many of our other guests experience during their stays. We strive every day to ensure that our guests receive the best guest experience possible; we want to extend our sincere apologies that we were not able to provide you with that level of service. My husband and I stayed at this Best Western in Angleton a week ago for a family function. We wanted a basic, clean, quiet place to stay; we didn't need a fancy, expensive hotel. I've stayed in many Best Westerns in the past, on birding trips (my birding trip travel partner is a member of their frequent guest program and so always wanted to stay at Best Westerns, and I can say that many of them were just awful). But this one was totally different. This hotel is 13 years old, but our room looked like it was brand new. It was spotless and everything was in great shape -- flat screen TV, a microwave and small fridge (which we didn't use), and the bed was great -- king-size and comfortable, and it didn't have the dreaded polyester bedspread which slides down onto the floor. It had nice, crisp white sheets and nice pillows, which all looked great. The bathroom counter and the shower walls looked like granite -- maybe they weren't, but they looked very nice. The shower was super clean, a big plus in my book. Nice, fluffy white towels. The air conditioning worked amazingly well -- we got our room really cold (it was horribly hot and humid outside). All this, and our room was only $75 plus tax! We mentioned to the desk clerk when we checked out how nice the hotel was, and he said that the owner takes great pride in keeping everything in tip-top shape and that he does much of the maintenance himself. It really shows. We didn't go in the pool, but it looked sparkling clean and even had a nice little stone grouping with a little waterfall. I read what the other reviewer here said about extremely loud noise from a business across the street at night, but we did not hear a peep -- except the folks in the room next to us leaving at the crack of dawn the next morning and slamming their door over and over as they loaded their vehicle.  That, however, was not the hotel's fault.  Just rude people. If you need a hotel in Angleton, I highly recommend this Best Western.

I'm going to be honest, I like to think of myself as a basic needs guy but tend to avoid hotels under $100 a night when traveling for work due to past experiences with shady hotels/unacceptable accommodations. This was my first visit to Angleton so I didn't know what my options were beyond the trip advisor ratings, and didn't think to ask any colleagues for advice. I took a chance with the Best Western (I'll be honest at $80 a night I was a little put off and was concerned it'd be in a bad part of town or have something else wrong with it. Stayed at this Best Western for a 5 day vacation and loved it. There's a Wal-Mart right next door and plenty of restaurants/fast food places around, but still has a small town feel. Angleton is a 20ish minute drive from Surfside Beach, which is the reason we booked here, but also not too far from Houston. The rooms were clean upon arrival and after cleanings, the breakfast was pretty decent and the staff was very nice and accommodating. I did a lot of research before booking and I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

My husband and I stayed at this Best Western in Angleton a week ago for a family function. I've stayed in many Best Westerns in the past, on birding trips (my birding trip travel partner is a member of their frequent guest program and so always wanted to stay at Best Westerns, and I can say that many of them were just awful). But this one was totally different. This hotel is 13 years old, but our room looked like it was brand new. It was spotless and everything was in great shape -- flat screen TV, a microwave and small fridge (which we didn't use), and the bed was great -- king-size and comfortable, and it didn't have the dreaded polyester bedspread which slides down onto the floor. Nice, clean place to stay to visit family in the area. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, staff was pleasant. Had the pool to myself one night which was great! Wal-Mart is next door in case you've forgotten anything. Good Mexican food nearby. Great shopping in Pearland 20 minutes up the road. About 30 minutes to Hobby Airport. Have stayed here many, many times. Would definitely recommend.

Went down to go birding in the area, and this place was centrally located for visits to Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge and to Brazos Bend State Park, as well as Quintana. Very clean and quiet. Decent breakfast, complete with fresh bananas and apples. I would stay there again. Upon arrival, the air conditioning did not come on when we turned it on, but the repairman came by almost immediately. We did have a little trouble adjusting it so we would not freeze to death, but got that resolved. Very spacious room - a king.

We came to visit a prisoner at the Wayne Scott Prison which can only happen on a Saturday or Sunday, We have visited twice, and both times our stay at the Best Western Angleton Inn have been an excellent experience. There are many places to eat and shop for what you need close by. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is kind and generous and treat ed us with respect. Beds were very comfortable, housekeeping was very nice and accommodating. I stayed here for over 2 months and had a very pleasant stay. Angleton Inn is close to everything in town and I will stay again. Staff is friendly, breakfast is great and opens early, and they are pet friendly. Thank you for your feedback! My wife and I had a $50 Best Western coupon due to two previous stays in BW hotels, so we were looking for a BW for our quick trip to see family in the area. We selected Angleton Inn based on TripAdvisor reviews. The hotel is located at the north end of Angleton, just north of a WalMart. Our check-in was handled very nicely by Alexandria, who was able to accept our coupon without problem. The lobby was clean. Our room was quite clean, and had only the smallest hint of an air freshening product, There was a separate seating area at the entrance to the room, new TV with DirectTV as the provider, a small refrigerator and microwave, all of which we used during our stay. After getting into our room, we went out to the pool to let our grandson play and let us relax. Our entire family stays here and has for over 6 years. The property is always clean and neat, the staff friendly and helpful, pets are welcome, plenty of hot water, internet is flawless, property is safe, breakfast is well presented and the value is outstanding. We checked in later in the afternoon needing a downstairs room , we were able to get a room we had stayed in before, the room was very clean, the air was on so the room was comfortable, the fridge was on so we were able to put our food in a cold fridge. Walmart is next door which made it easy to get some things we had forgotten. We have never been disappointed at this property and recommend it as the best value in the Lake Jackson, Clute, Angleton area...you absolutely get a clean safe room that you will enjoy. The price per room was a bit high even with the rewards card. This place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would probably stay here again as it is located centrally for my needs. If you do not give a 24 hour cancellation notice, you will be charged for that night. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for a race at MSR. Our car was wrecked after the first day. We called to cancel our second night at 3:21pm and was told since we did not meet the 24 hr policy, the credit card will be charged. There was no reason for us to stay with a crippled car, so we went home. I contacted the management and Best Western.com and was told by BW.com that the hotel manager will not reverse the charges. The hotel management has yet to respond to me. There was NO WAY we could have predicted the future. I am not happy with this management policy!!!!!! First of all we would like to apologize for your recent experience at our hotel. Our hotel does require 24 hour notice of cancellation on upcoming reservations. Concerning rooms that have already been checked in, if a guest has a multiple night reservation we do allow them to cancel the remaining nights on the reservation if we are notified by 12pm of that day at no charge. We also allow for late check-out until 2pm, however after 2pm we must stand by our policy, as we are unable to re-sell the room as it has been prepared as a stay over. Here at Best Western Angleton Inn, we make it our top priority to make sure each and every guest experiences the best in customer care. We apologize that we were not able to provide you with the same level of service that many of our other guest enjoy. We hope that you will give us another chance to regain your business. The rooms were clean and updated. Our room was located on the ground level and did not hear the neighbors above us walk around. Bed was comfortable. The check in and check out process was easy. Unlike some of the other hotels in Angleton, the Best Western Angleton Inn provided us with a surprisingly positive experience. Check-in was fast and efficient, the hotel staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Even our 4am-arrival was not a problem at all, and we were soundly asleep in comfortable beds within minutes of arrival. The room looked very clean, and all items looked reasonably new and actually worked. The rest room was very clean, and the shower had good water pressure with lots of hot water. Upon arrival there were no problems with the King Suite. It was very clean and spacious. 3 days into our stay, the king bed was replaced with a brand new mattress which was very comfortable. Housekeeping was great We stayed for 2 and a half weeks on business so I didn't have housekeeping clean the room everyday, but they were great when it came time to tidy up 3 days worth of mess from my 2 children. Staff was awesome, the manager came in a cleaned my room one day because i had slept through housekeeping's shift and forgot to remove the do not disturb sign. Overall the experience was great and definitely took a lot of the stress away that comes with traveling for business. The only downfall to the hotel was lack of parking, but there were a lot of workers staying there. Thank you for your kind comments, with Best Western you are truly staying with people who care. Working in the area, I needed a place to stay for a few nights. I drove around checking out the area to find a clean, safe place. From the street, it looked o.k. So I thought I would try it. Very clean updated rooms. Beds were new and apparantly replaced the day Before I got there. Several places to eat very close, and a variety of foods. I've now spent about 4 nights over the last month, and plan on staying again. Breakfast was typical, nothing special or different. Stayed at this motel for one night. We were on the second floor. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating and let us check in the room a little early. When we walked into the room we were pleasantly surprised. The room smelled fresh and it was one if the cleanest rooms I have been in. We travel extensively and usually stay in much more upscale hotels. The room was comfortable. The television was new and large. Plenty of channels. The shower was great with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, sausage and cereals. A terrible experience. Save yourself the aggravation and choose somewhere else. ANYWHERE ELSE. The lights did not work, the sink did not work, the food was disgusting and probably not safe, the television was spotty at best and only accessed a few stations (NBC occasionally, spanish speaking channels and one "specialty" station, the Internet kept cutting out and would not allow me to reconnect. The room was noisy. The staff tried to be helpful and did the best they could but this place is a dump and anywhere else has to be better. I typically stay at hampton Inns and wish I had done so this time. Even though this motel is close to MSR Houston, it is NOT worth the convenience to suffer like this! First of all, we would like to apologize for your recent guest experience at our hotel. Frankly speaking we are taken aback by some of the issues you have mentioned. Our rooms are inspected everyday by housekeeping staff to ensure that everything in the rooms are functional for our guests upon check-in. On some rare occasions if an issue does arise during the guests stay, we do have a maintenance staff member on duty 24 hours a day to resolve any issue in a timely manner once reported to our front office staff. We also offer a 49 channel premium cable line-up which offers channels like HBO, CNN, Discovery, National Geographic, and Food Network just to name a few, in addition to our local channel lineup. Also, a recent speed test of our high speed internet showed download speeds between 19-20Mbps and upload speeds between 4-5Mbps, which are very competitive, if not superior to other hotels in the Angleton area. We broadcast that high-speed signal through reliable commercial grade access points, which had no reported outages during your stay. We are truly sorry that you did not experience the same level of satisfaction that many of our other guests experience during their stays. We strive every day to ensure that our guests receive the best guest experience possible; we want to extend our sincere apologies that we were not able to provide you with that level of service. This trip only. I was in West Columbia for a funeral. Have stayed in BW before with great experiences. Decided to go to BW (others in family were at La Quinta. After waking 3 times, hearing water dripping and thinking it was raining, decided to get up and check it out at 3 AM. No rain so started for bathroom. When I stepped off carpet, stepped in water. Turned on light (probably not a smart thing to do) and found water coming out light in ceiling in the bathroom. I think this could have been very dangerous!! Why was it not fixed when reported before.Called front desk and was told it was the shower above me and she would call them to turn it off. There was nothing else she could do. Finally, at 4:15 they turned the shower off. After using all the towels I had, it did… First, I would like to extend our sincere apology for the incident on your first night. We will conduct an extensive investigation of the problem and make sure it does not happen again. This hotel was rated as a 2 1/2 star and if you are looking for a 2 1/2 star you'll probably be underwhelmed/slightly dissatisfied. It is more like a 2 star. Room was very basic. It had a king sized bed with 4 small pillows of a good comfort level, a "kitchen" table with 2 chairs, a desk with cheap computer chair, and the usual dresser type item, and a mini fridge / microwave. They also had a coffee maker and iron/ironing board but I didn't utilize them. I did notice it was a pretty crummy coffee maker with some generic coffee. The bed was ok comfort. The area seemed reasonably safe. The A/C was on the loud side and confusing. One of the fridge feet was broken off so it didn't stand upright. The shower knob was messed up. The room smelled a bit musty. The Best western in Angelton Texas is close to a lot of restaurants, Shopping Stores & Wal-mart is right next door. The staff at Best Western is very helpful & it is very clean. If your trip takes you to Angleton, this property is a good choice. Walmart and other dining options are close by. The rooms were comfortabkle and the A/C blows cold! Staff was quite pleasant and seemd to really care about my visit. Thank you for making our very happy visit to TX relaxing & fun. My son and his beautiful fiancee got married 7/6. Jeff & I arrived the afternoon before and the woman at check in was friendly and helpful. The room, a smoking room (thank you) was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The housekeeping staff was thoughtful enough to help me with my drying clothes on the A/C by putting a pillow on the top of my clothes. The bed was awesome! It put us to sleep quickly and it was hard to leave in the morning. Our 3 granddaughters that we were visiting Loved the pool!! As a supervisor with another chain, I was very happy with this visit and will stay here every time we get to Angleton. First of all, we would like to congratulate your family for the recent wedding. Drove through the Gulf Coast area again and spent a night. Pleasantly surprised at the new decorating touches and landscaping. The room was clean and comfortable, and I was able to catch up on some shows via Netflix thanks to the free wifi. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to this area! great and affordable hotel, double sheeted blanket was a great plus and room was clean, grounds well landscaped, Walmart was next door. dont count on breakfast, you can buy the same at a gastation store. no meat, gruesome scrambled egg. Conclusion: its a great place for a overnighter, but plan on having breakfast somewhere else. Hotel nice, Room excellent, breakfast lacking. Room and bed very good, bed excellent, did not use hot tub, but it was nice. Employee's very nice at check in and check out. Will definately stay here again if I am working in the area.

I chose this Best Western during my visit to Angleton as it was rated #1. This hotel has well-maintained, clean grounds and public areas and a friendly, helpful staff. Exterior access to rooms. My room was large, very clean, and quiet, with all the amenities. Nice size flat-screen TV with good number of channels and music. Internet was very fast. Unfortunately, I found my king bed mattress to be hard and lumpy at the same time and I did not spent a comfortable night. Also, I found the room dim, and the florescent, energy-saving bulbs in the room unpleasant. Standard continental breakfast with cereal, pastries, fruit, make-your-own waffles, etc. The hotel is located next to Walmart, with gas stations and and a number of dining places within a short drive.

We chose this property only because we wanted to visit Galveston, but all hotels in town were booked full, and this was one of the closest properties with availability. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again without hesitation. This hotel's biggest strength is its staff. We reserved three rooms, two of which were for elderly family members who are somewhat mobility challenged. The staff did a great job of ensuring the mobility challenged members of our family were in rooms on the ground floor, close to the front. The next morning, when we were checking out, the front desk clerk did a great job of explaining the most scenic route from Angleton to Galveston: the Blue Water Highway, which runs along the Gulf of Mexico from Freeport (about 20 miles from Angleton) to…

I travel for work all through the year and recently had a short trip down to Angleton, TX and was extremely pleased with this hotel. I enjoyed a warm welcome from the staff and had a very clean and comfortable room. Hotel has a super fast internet connection and a superb breakfast! Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to this area!!!

The staff was very courteous and helpful. My room was very clean and stocked with many amenities. The pool was beautiful. Awesome value for amount of the amenities they offer. Overall, a great experience. I will stay with them every time my job requires me to be stationed in Angleton. Cheers!!!!

Excellent hotel, very clean, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Pool and property are immaculately maintained. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area, location is convenient to Houston and nearby attractions.

First of all, this is a motel, not a hotel. You drive in the back and park your car if front of the room door. I arrived here way past midnight and found the receptionist in a secure bullet-proof glass enclosure. I am of course concerned about the well-being of the staff, and would certainly not have liked to see them in harm's way, in the open, but the fact that they needed a bunker to be secure triggered in my mind the thought that, maybe, I shouldn't be there, at all. After all, I had no bunker. I got my key and drove to the back, to find a room with very strong smell of cigarette smoke. It was very late, I was tired, I didn't complain and went to bed instead. We got into Angleton late at night and didn't know the town so went to first good looking motel we could find - but quoted price was $10 more than it showed online, wifi wasn't working, and long ways from a restaurant. So drove around and found the Angleton Inn. Price was a little less than quoted online. We were very pleased - quiet, roomy suite room for small room price, good wifi connection, clean, decent waffle/continental breakfast foods available, and two good restaurants within a block. Highly recommend.

You can tell that they did a major remodel. OK rooms, pool. The prices are ok. There was a hotel less than a 1/4 mile from it, a Best Value, I went in there and it is a hole! I chose the Best Western. That night, Saturday, we got a funny surprise. There is an ice house across the street. It is so loud, you can tell what the songs were from inside the room. I was so tired I eventually fell asleep, however, it is a slight nuisance. The breakfast is very basic. Waffle machine, milk, coffee. Some bananas.

After a long day of summer driving with the family, we ended up coming back to this hotel after checking prices and rooms at nearby hotels. Rates varied among the hotels, but this place definitely had the cleanest rooms out of the bunch. No complaints from the kids either! We enjoyed a hot breakfast the next morning, and the kids had a great time playing in the pool! We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place for a one night stay. The rooms are comfortable and the AC works just fine. And the price is definitely the best bang for your buck in the area.

The best thing about this place is the coffee. We rented the king suite. The room seemed nice at first look, but upon inspection we noticed black mold growing on the curtains over the air conditioning unit. Also they take a very minimalist approach to covering the bed. There was no mattress/dust cover on the mattress, only a single folded sheet that separated my partner and I from the mattress. Needless to say the single sheet moved during the night and was no longer in place by morning, leaving the mattress bare. These two issues made for terrible allergy problems for our two nights of stay. At checkout we informed the front desk of the mold issues and how it caused us terrible allergies, and they said "they would look into it. The free breakfast was a little below average.…

Hotel was located in a prime spot, near dining and entertainment within a mile, also the courthouse and business districts where also within a mile of the hotel. I was warmly greeted by the staff and check-in and check-out were very speedy. The rooms where inviting and comfortable. The room was very clean which was a big plus, I throughly enjoyed my stay and have found a new home away from home.

My family lives in area but due to A/C problem had to get a room for the night. Arrived about 7:30, quick check in and room was clean, beds were comfy. check out was just as quick and grabbed 2 muffins from small dinning area. Kids loved the muffins. This hotel is ok, thought $100 for a nights sleep was a little on the pricey side. I would stay here again if I had too and because it is cheaper then the newest hotel in area, I would recommend it.

Great Hotel for a reasonable price,maintained well clean,good area,nice town,excellent restaraunt across the street,steaks & seafood.Short commute to NASA.Would stay again recommend.
